I cannot believe how easy this was for my husband and I. R&S was the first company I contacted. They called me back quickly, and came in to do a quote that same day! The price given to me was unbelievable. Still, I had to look around and just make sure this price was good. Dev gave me all the information needed, so asking for quotes would be easy. (Who does that? Amazing companies – that’s who) Regardless to say, the quote I got from R&S could not be beat. My blinds were quoted, ordered, and installed in one week. They look amazing, and my house feels more like a home.

I must say we are very impressed with there work and product that they produce. There customer service is outstanding!! On the day of our free in home consultation there was a major snow storm, I thought they would definately cancel, but to my surprise they weathered the storm and made it for the appointment. They quoted us an amazing price, and best of all they had our shutters custom made and installed in 1 week!! We would definately recommend these hard working guys to anyone. Dev and Charles of R&S Window Coverings have done a super job of making and installing my custom Plantation Shutters for my home. They installed the shutters in a fast and courteous manner. I called Home Depot for an estimate for the same job and the price was significantly more expensive (almost double the price) for true wood shutters. Based on my recommendation, a close friend as well as my sister have ordered shutters from R&S Window Coverings as well. I felt very comfortable giving them my recommendation. I am extremely happy with the look of my house with California Shutters. It has beautified our home and has also had some insulation value as well. Although we had estimates from several other shutter companies, we chose R&S because of the affordable price, great quality and lifetime warranty.

My name is Andrew, let me say I'm glad I met with Dev from R&S Window Coverings. I was in the market to get some California Shutters for my home, but I was very confused as to which is better Vinyl or Wood? I called in a few different companies to give some estimates and info on both vinyl and wood. A majority of the guys just brought a vinyl sample and told me don't even think of getting wood shutters. I was leaning towards getting vinyl shutters, because of what was explained to me about them and the cheap price. I then called Dev and he actually brought both wood and vinyl shutters for me to take a look at. After he showed me both wood and vinyl shutters I was very impressed with his knowledge of the products he sells. When Dev showed me the vinyl samples and their components, I was surprised to see that they are completly hollow, and very cheap in quality and only come in 2 colours. Needless to say thanks to Dev I went with real hard wood shutters and he was able to paint them the same colour as the paint in my house, and they look amazing. I was very impressed with the price he quoted me, it was actually cheaper than the vinyl shutters and best of all he had everything made and installed in one week!! Thanks Dev, keep up the good work!!

I just bought my dream home and wanted to get Plantation shutters installed. My brother got some work done from Dev at R&S Window Coverings, so he called Dev for me and setup an appointment for us to meet. Dev came by and quoted me an amazing price. We had him make some of our plantation shutters stained to match our hardwood floor, My husband and I were blown away by how beautiful they look!! Everything was custom made to our liking and best of all installed in one week. Keep up the good work guys!! I'll definately recommend you to anyone I know!!

I recently renovated my home and wanted to get some new window coverings. I started contacting other companies for estimates, I was getting some pretty high estimates because my home needed to have frames installed so the shutters could be hung properly in the window. Then I found Dev from R&S Window Coverings. He Came in and beat the competion in price and quality. The one thing that was really impressived me was the fact that he got everything made and installed in one week!! The other guys were quoting me higher prices and a turn around time of 3 to 4 weeks.

I contacted Dev to get some Shutters done for my Condo. Let me first say he is very professional and punctual. We had an appointment at 6:00 PM and he was there on time I didn't have to wait for him or hear an excuse as to why he was late. He was the 5th person I called in to give me an estimate for the shutters and he beat the lowest estimate by a $1000.00!! all I can say is wow!! The quality of his Shutte is in noway comprimised by the price, from the different samples that were showed to me I was definately impressed with the shutters that he makes. So if your in the market for California Shutters and dont have an arm and a leg to spear Dev is the man for you to call. Keep up the good work Dev.

Ultimately, the results speak for itself, I got California Shutters for entires house and they have turned my house into a home and it didn't cost me a fortune. I love the new look and would definitely recommend Dev to others.
