    This is GREAT company!

    Having been pleased with Lampert 15 years ago, I immediately went back to them this fall for a new toilet, 2 sink tops, and miscellaneous repairs. I did not bother looking anywhere else. Still the same ... great service, good price, and unbelievable communication. You can't ask for more than that! Tip of my hat to Arthur who made it all come together.

    Kitchen and Bathroom repairs

    Lampert Plumbing installed a new bathroom in our home many years ago. I recently contacted Arthur, because I needed a kitchen faucet replaced, as well as shower issues taken care of. Arthur went out of his way, to send Israel, to take care of my problems as soon as possible, since I am scheduled for surgery on Thursday. Israel, must be one of the most efficient, competent and kind plumbers in the city. He is indeed an asset to his company. Thank you both for your service.

    Kitchen faucet repair

    Lampert Plumbing saw my request on Homestars and worked quickly to get to me. They turned my request around in 1 day. Really efficient scheduling. As well, Israel came in and fixed my faucet and tap in a short period of time . He was friendly and efficient. My problems are fixed and I am happy to recommend this Company.

    One Installation, one replacement and two repairs

    I called Lampert Plumbing on the recommendation of my sister who was always pleased with their service. I was not disappointed. I needed a new kitchen tap installed and a broken shower cartridge replaced. I also had two older toilets that would often start running water without filling the tank. The pleasant young man sent by Lampert was knowledgeable and efficient. Everything is working perfectly. I especially appreciated the care he took with my bathroom tile when he was replacing the cartridge. Although my original cartridge was no longer available they were able to find a suitable replacement. It is wonderful to find a company that truly knows what they are doing and have a commitment to excellent service. Thank-you.

    General Plumbing

    For several years, we have used the services of Lampert Plumbing: to install or replace a toilet, sinks in our laundry, bathrooms and kitchen, and many faucets and other things required to maintain our plumbing in good shape. In all instances the services provided were excellent: the office staff were very helpful, the plumbers arrived at the scheduled time, completed the work efficiently and with professional skill, cleaned up carefully at the end, and were pleasant and respectful. Recently a leak in a cut-off valve presented an emergency; the company responded very quickly to address the problem in keeping with its past history. We give Lampert Plumbing our highest recommendation.

    New toilet

    I needed a new toilet. Lampert had done work in my bathroom previously. They were great, so when I needed more work, they were the only company I thought of to do the work. Great work at a fair price. I would recommend them if you need plumbing. They know what they are doing.

    3 Plumbing JObs

    This has taken time to share but not forgotten. I thought I could check the Homestars call for quotes feature. In May 2018, I was looking for installation of a under the sink filter, to repair a bathroom faucet and to replace a kitchen faucet. I uploaded pics for better understanding. From the responses that came back I got a good indication of the customer service standard of each. Just through the messaging service I could see the promptness and clarity of the responses only from Lampert. I got 5 responses. Only Arthur gave a clear cost for each. He offered to buy the spare for the imported faucet and send with the plumber for which he gave a price upfront. I got a clear idea of the work and the cost. His plumber came over at the appointed hour, went about the job smoothly and efficiently and delivered as promised. Thanks Arthur.

    Minor Plumbing Work

    I had good online interactions with this company through the HomeStars site and the price quoted for the work seemed reasonable. The issues arose after the plumber finished his work. The job was straightforward but the plumber demanded the top end of the quote range, which was supposed to cover any difficulties encountered with the job. I tried to explain to him the arrangement that had been reached and showed him the relevant HomeStars messages but to no avail. Unfortunately a call to the owner did not resolve the issue and the plumber became more and more insistent that I pay the higher amount. I held firm to the original agreement and he eventual departed, but not without some choice words for me. While the work seems to have been well done, I cannot recommend this company based on my experiences with their plumber and the lack of early resolution of this issue. The owner later apologized and I hope that they resolve these customer service issues going forward, as I went with them based on the many other positive reviews.

    We're all human & not all interactions can be perfect. This job was quoted in the 200.00-250.00 range based on a picture & e-mails. I didn't realize that 200.00 was the final amount & misunderstood our plumber as to exactly what transpired. We accepted the 200.00 and I personally apologized to the customer the next day. I've run a service business for over 40 years and though very experienced, not always perfect. The job was small, payment was appreciated and an apology was made. We always try our best and do apologize when we feel we erred. As our other reviews indicate, this is not how we normally interact with customer's or I doubt we'd be around for the 80 years we have been. Best regards moving forward.

    toilet replacement

    We contacted Lampert Plumbing, to give us advice to replace our units. Arthur was very accommodating, and very strait forward about price and installation. extremely patient to our questions, helped us to make a decision. We will recommend this company to any one who asks for a plumbing company! On time ,neat ,efficient, the gentleman who came did the work and cleaned up after himself ! very impressed.

    Bathtub faucet replacement

    My 30 year old bathtub faucets needed replacing. This is a job for an experienced plumber. Bob was a real pro at removing the old fixture and installing the new one. He did an excellent job and left the bathroom spotless. Thank you Bob.....
