It is a pleasure to have Amir as my teacher. First, he has a good disposition, he does not put you down when you don't know how to do things. He helps me with my phones. I feel if Alexander Graham Bell returned from the grave, he wouldn't be able to use a telephone today. He is a gentlemen and you can see he comes from a home with class.

After having another company try to fix the communication problem between our 2 computers at work and spending a lot of money and time they could not get it right and we were frustrated until we found Super Tech Amir came over the next day after we called him and within an hour and a half we were up in running. Amir met with me for over an hour and carefully assessed my computing needs.He discussed a number of options for me, all of which were clearly explained in follow-up email. I opted for a custom built computer. He submitted a detailed quote by email. I was been entirely satisfied with the installation as well as the transfer of data from my previous computer. Amir spent a whole afternoon on the installation and thoroughly answered questions (about the new operating system) in the process. Amir obviously is very service-oriented. He was extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and offered the highest quality of service. I strongly recommend Supertech for your computer needs. I am luck to have found him!!

I would highly recommend this company to residential and small businesses. Amir repaired the issues I had reported and explained in layman terms what was the cause and provided preventative measures for the future. I was extremely expressed at the work completed and the reasonable charge.

Supertech is quick to respond to my service needs no matter how small in detail. I switched to them because of Amir he is knowledgeable and will not do unnecessary repairs or upgrades. I highly recommend the Supertech Team they are a 10 in my book.

They quickly and efficiently solved my problem with wifi coverage in my home, after I stewed over it for some time - figuring that my amateurish ideas would be expensive and involve a bunch of my time. I thought the price was very reasonable. I suspect that most people are frustrated with their home wifi coverage. Stop fussing and call SuperTech! I wish I had done so long ago.

Our high, narow 100-year-old house made it impossible to get enough of a wifi boost from our main router. Amir came over and set up a booster and it now works like a charm all through the house. He was efficient and professional and even provided email support when the system needed a tweak a week later.

Thanks Amir for coming out to see us last week. Its great to have our computer working with little interruptions from those pesky fake windows messages. I feel better knowing you did a complete virus check on the whole system and am truly enjoying instant access to all I need. We're still working with Rogers to fix the internet line to our home - which I know is not in your control. Thanks for showing me the packet percentage loss. Rogers could see it too, however I still haven't heard back from them on what they will do about it. I will definitely call you up again for any PC/ media set up service needed in the future

I was very pleased with the degree of professionalism and proficiency that Amir demonstrated when he came to my home to assist with a computer issue. I will call him again whenever I need support. He is prompt, charges appropriately and knows his business well. It was a pleasure dealing with him.
