Jose and his team fixed the AC for the new house in no time, and he explained exactly what was wrong and what he did in order to fix it (when no other contractor could give me a good explanation of what was the problem). The AC has worked perfectly since then. I really can't think of a better job. Building Ideas also performed maintenance on the Furnace system and filters and wear extremely satisfied with the job. I was quoted double for the same equipment by Reliance by what they refer to, as their best rental program. What they don't tell you is that when you do the math you end up paying double and they sell you unnecessary maintenance programs, which in the end don't do much for brand new equipment.. The team from building ideas came in and in one day installed the unit; fast and profesional.

We had contacted several places to have a dryer booster fan installed, without success. However, Jose explained what needed to be done and told us exactly which device to order. He and his assistant were very professional and the work was done within the specified time frame. The fan works well and is very quiet. Thank you!

We hired Jose to remove all the knob & tube electrical wiring in our home. He did an excellent job, minimal holes in walls/ceilings, finished the job within the estimated time frame, punctual, hard working. I’ve dealt with Jose and this company multiple times. They’re always prompt and give me an amazing service with a very fair price. They have done my gas line, service, central vac, heating etc. Also plumbing.
