We have been their customers for three years and they were always great in the past. This year - every snowfall - we have had to call them to come do the driveway. Not great when you have to get to work and can't get out over the snow. They apologize but haven't corrected the problem - and it is the same for everyone on the street. Something is going on - their service has ceased to exist!

Capital Services surpassed my expectations in every way. They are incredibly friendly staff. Always willing to take my call and get toi know me and my needs better. They are great listeners and give me the best price possible. Their service exceeded my expectations. They returned often twice in a day to remove snow. Very good about my ongoing grub issues. Excellent value for the price. Capital is the way to go!

We have used Capital for the past 3 years for our snow removal and were more than happy with their service. Always there to remove even the smallest amount. Sometimes back twice in one day. Highly recommended! Jane

THEY HAVE CONSISTANTLY BEEN ON TIME, IF THEY ARE THERE AFTER THE SNOWPLOW THEY WILL COME AGAIN RIGHT AWAY WE ARE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THERE SERVICE. SADLY THEY DIDNT SHOVEL THE SIDE WALK BUT IN THE END THEY WERE GREAT ALL OCER

Snow removal service is acceptable; however, the pole used to mark my drive way is a beaten up piece of junk with duct tape holding the top on. I have sent this company at least 2 customers, including my own mother, for summer landscaping as well as snow removal. I've called them several times to get this piece of junk removed, and they've ignored the calls. If this is how they treat a money-making customer, how do you think that they're going to treat YOU? I didn't spend $11K on landscaping to have garbage displayed so prominently on the lawn. Come to 292 Pickford Drive in Kanata to see what I"m talking about. I'm calling in a new company. These folks are ignorant.
