I found Clearview Home Inspections after reading some reviews here on HomeStars. Being a first time home-buyer I wanted to go with someone reputable, and someone who others have trusted with their home. I came across Tom's reviews and read the comments. I gave him a call and within a few days, Tom was able to visit the home and start his inspection. The inspection itself went great! Tom was there for about 3 hours as he mentioned he would be in order to do a thorough inspection. He allowed me to shadow him, ask him questions - no matter how simple they may have been. The full report with digital and infrared pictures was sent to us the same day. Overall, as a first time home buyer doing my first home inspection, I don't think I could have asked for it to go any better, thanks for everything Tom!

Tom Rando was thorough, explained everything extremely well and in easy to understand terms. His suggestions were very helpful. This guy really knows his stuff!! Definitely would not hesitate to recommend!! Have used a few inspectors previously and nobody could compare to Tom.

Tom was fantastic. He came with less than 2 days notice, did a full inspection - including climbing onto our roof! - and was more than patient in answering to all our questions. We were having problems with potlights and the infrared camera was able to catch a couple of issues we could then clarify for our builder. His post-inspection report helped us immensely with our 30 Day Tarion inspection -- we were able to catch many deficiencies that would have otherwise gone unnoticed by our novice eyes. My husband and I are very happy we hired Clearview and would recommend this to anyone who owns a new or old home.

I used Clearview Home & Property Inspections for our PDI. Tom was very friendly, professional and informative. He pointed out few defects we missed and we were able to add them to the PDI form thanks to his attention to details. We ordered the infra red camera package and it showed few areas with potential for water leakage. Overall we were very happy with the process and with the end result. I would highly recommend to use them for new home PDI as it worth the money when it comes to the biggest investment in your life

Tom is one of the worker in Clearview Home Inspection company. I really appreciate for his professional work on my home inspection. As a new house buyer, we know nothing about the house maintenance. But Tom did a great job in inspecting and explaining every and single problem which may make troubles to us. The final report is detail and easy for buyer to understand. The cost is the service. Tom was already on the roof by the time I have arrived at the property to be inspected (he was early). I was impressed with his wealth of knowledge and his friendly manner of answering all the questions that I had. The report was delivered the same day and it helped us make an informed decision on how to proceed with the transaction.
