A true professional service. Tom showed up on time and completed the inspection right on time. He was paying attention to all details and giving me tips on how to maintain the house and go through necessary repairs/maintenance after closing the deal. He patiently and accurately answered all my questions and concerns. His infrared Scan system is definitely worth for the extra money we paid. It gave us better understanding of where heat loss sources are. I am extremely happy I decided to hire Tom to do the job for me. Very reasonable price for the type of service he provides. Since I am a Realtor, I am going to recommend Tom to all my Buyer clients from now on.

I contacted Tom after having a leak in my new windows. Tom was so helpful from the very first conversation. What impressed me the most was his professionalism and knowledge. While in my home, he made me aware of everything he was doing step by step. He invited me along during his inspection, and he explained things to me as he went. I appreciated that he used "homeowner friendly" language, where numerous specialists have talked to me in terms that I sometimes don't understand. Not Tom! He made sure I knew what was going on at all times, and if I ever had a question, he answered it. He is so patient,calm and easy to speak with. Even after Tom sent us the inspection report, he continued to answer the questions that I had. At no point did he make me feel that my questions were not important and I never got the feeling that he was becoming frustrated with all of my questions (and I was asking a lot of questions). Tom takes pride in his job, knows what he is doing and goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend Clearview Home Inspections, especially Tom, if you are in need of a home inspection.

Tom did a wonderful job and thoroughly inspected this home. Since this was not a new house, we decided to select the more comprehensive package. Tom was very patient and answered all of our questions. He produced a very descriptive report that included digital pictures, thermal pictures, and lab results. We are very happy to have had Tom inspect this property and would highly recommend his services to others.

Well, I found Tom's service through HomeStars. Even before hiring him to inspect our would-be home, I had to ask him few questions through phone and email. I didn't expect him to respond but, I got responses within couple hours and he sounded happy to respond. That gave me a good feel to move forward. On the date of inspection, I was there on time but, Tom was there before time and was already on the roof doing the inspection. He was very patient enough to complete the inspection and run through with me once again explaining what's good and what's bad based on his finding.
