I first found out about Tom through HomeStars and was quite impressed with all the good reviews he had. I was even more impressed after meeting him!! He was very professional throughout the whole inspection and his vast knowledge made us feel extremely comfortable with our purchase. I also liked the fact that his pricing was available on his website so it was less hassle than to call and ask for a quote. Overall, we were extremely happy with the inspection and would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a thorough house inspection!!

Great experience! Tom from Clearview was very thorough and knowledgeable. He showed and explained everything he was doing and went over every detail of his notes at the end of the inspection, to ensure I understood what he had done. I highly,recommend this company and without a doubt would use Tom again in the future!!!

Simply amazing! We needed to have a home inspection done as part of the conditional sale. Tom went through the whole home thoroughly and systematically. He discussed all the issues with us as he uncovered them. They included foundation cracks (moisture in the basement), property grading, possible hidden water damage behind the shower tiles, roofing issues and more. We liked the manner in which he described the issues and what implications were for us. Tom is a true professional. We would recommend Tom's services

Great job on the home inspection and inspection report. Tom walked us through the house and explain what needs to be fixed for our 30 days warranty. He pointed out things that needs to be fix that we are not aware of. Report was very clear, detailed and professional.

Well done! Tom was able to fit me into his schedule last minute. He was very methodical in his approach to the inspection. He checked with me on several occasions to make sure the speed and content he was providing was clear and understood. He also provided me with some education about how some of the homes systems function, a real plus. Tom was very timely in getting the report to me as well. Much thanks for Tom. Was able to schedule early morning appointment to meet my schedule. Tom did a thorough inspection and found four major item that will needed to be addressed. He was very patient with my questions and knowledge was not on par with the average inspector... Tom's knowledge was way above the average inspector. Limited to 10 score else higher score deserved.
