    Home Inspection and Infrared scan

    My husband and I found a home in a terrific area and put an offer in. We knew it needed work and hired Tom to come in and inspect the home on our behalf. My husband was in Ottawa during the home inspection, so Tom took the time to speak with him afterward and go over the major issues the home had. He inspected the home thoroughly and documented the major findings. We will use his report to plan the various improvements we have in mind. Bottom line, Tom was a pleasure to work with and would recommend his services. Thanks a bunch Tom!

    Home Inspection

    We had a home inspection with Thomas from ClearView Home & Property Inspections last week. He was very friendly but we found that he did not tell us anything we already did not know. He didn't even notice the mould in the basement until I pointed it out to him. He could not answer most of the question we had. He did not go through anything thoroughly. He breifly looked at the plumbing and exterior and did not write anything down. The printed inspection I found to be very generic, a cut and paste program. Bottom line: I found the service a waste of my money and would not recommend this company to anyone who even knows a little bit about homes. The only useful bit was the thermal imaging.

    Home Inspection

    Tom from Clearview Home Inspections was a true professional whose work was very thorough. He helped with my 1 year Tarion inspection. He was honest, to the point, and made suggestions that I would never have thought of myself. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend him to anyone looking to have their home inspected. You will not be disappointed with the quality of his service.

    Home Inspection and Infrared Scan

    Tom came by and helped us out with our 1 year home inspection. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and pointed out various deficiencies that we did not initially observe. He provided helpful comments and insight in terms of what will be covered under Tarion, what wouldn't, and in general good home maintenance practices going forward. His report was thorough and informative. I would highly recommend Tom.

    Home Inspection and Infrared Scan

    We had Tom for our house inspection and we were very satisfied with his professional attitude and knowledge. He took the time to explain the issues thoroughly, and also followed up after the inspection, which we appreciated a lot. The infrared camera he uses found some things (heating insulation issues) which are important and can be fixed easiy, but not so much detected without the IR camera. Major leaks can also be detected, and it's nice to feel that at least we had this test done once.

    Home Inspection and Infrared Scan

    Tom did a great job for my new home inspection in Brampton. He was so dedicated, professional and reliable. He spent over 3 hours thoroughly inspecting my home. He pointed out few defects and those fortunately could be fixed. He provided detailed report which let us know our new home thoroughly. We really appreciated his hard work and my wife and I are very satisfied with his services. We would highly recommend Tom to our friends and new home buyers.

    Home Inspection and Infrared Scan

    After reading the reviews on Homestars we knew wanted Clearview to perform our home inspection. We are first time home buyers so we wanted to make sure that the house we are buying is in good condition. Tom did an impeccable job. He thoroughly inspected and checked all areas of the house that needed to be inspected and explained in the process the complexity of the issues. He conducted a comprehensive inspection of the house. We are very much satisfied with the job done and will surely recommend Tom to sellers/buyers.

    Home Inspection and Infrared Scan

    I researched many inspection companies before I selected Clearview. Right from the beginning I realized how they stand apart. Great communication seemed very thorough and knowledgeable even while talking on the phone. I was prompt to book, as I've learned a good inspector is hard to find. From the introduction to the final summary, Tom, was exemplary in how he explained and detailed all the deficiencies. A special thanks to Tom for giving me such simple and practical changes to steer me away from future problems with the house. I will definitely be using Tom again.

    Home Inspection and Thermal Scan

    I was very pleased at the quality inspection given to us by Tom. The report was excellent and the thermal camera was awesome. He encouraged us to ask questions and described issues in a way that we could understand. I would highly recommend Clearview for your home inspection.
