    Home Inspection

    I just finished a thorugh 3 1/2 hour home inspection with Tom. It was truly a pleasure. You can ask him absolutely anything and he gives straight and knowledgeable answers. I had my contractor friend with me during the house inspection and he too was super impressed with Tom. I asked for a bunch of cards as I wouldn't hesitate for an instant to recommend him to friends and family. Thanks again!

    Flooring Inspection

    We have used Clearview Home Inspection services several times and have been very pleased with their responsiveness and professionalism. Tom inspects and assesses the home thoroughly and produces great pictures and an easy to read report. I would recommend Clearview for you inspection.

    Home Inspection and Infrared Scan

    Tom was referred to us by a friend how also utilized Tom's home inspection services. We were very pleased with his work. We needed to complete our Tarion 30 warranty form. Tom went through the house in great detail and found numerous items that the builder must address immediately. We are glad to have requested the infrared scan because the scans showed huge voids in insulation that could have added hundreds of dollars to our heating bills. Tom is a true professional I recommend his services.

    Home Inspection

    After reading so many positive reviews on the Homestars, we decided to ask Tom to be our home inspector. He's so enthusiastic with his work and he is very knowledgeable and patient. We put an offer on a house on a Saturday. We then called Tom and he was able to inspect the property the next day...a Sunday. He pointed every deficiency and taught us many maintenance tips. He also made sure we understood what was urgent and what could wait. Last but not least, he was professional, pleasant and personable. We would definitely like to recommend him to anyone who needs a responsible and qualified home inspector.

    Home Inspection and Infrared Scan

    We found Tom through HomeStars and asked him to inspect our home. We didn't get it inspected when we put the offer in but needed to have an idea of what work needs to be done. Tom was very thorough. We plan on using the report he created as a plan to address issues in phases, as time and money permit. We would highly recommend Tom.

    Home inspection

    We have seen other home inspectors in action and I can certainly say that Tom was absolutely incredible. He went through the home thoroughly and gave us good advise along the way. It was pretty clear that he knew his stuff and talked to us about both the good and bad attributes of the home. It was a real pleasure to work with Tom.

    Home inspection

    Tom was extremely thorough and professional. The final report was detailed and easy to read. We asked many questions and he patiently answered our concerns. Anyone could feel confident using his services.

    Home Inspection

    Tom is an exceptional home inspector. He was on time, professional and did not rush the inspection. He was incredibly thorough and was able to answer all of our questions. He laid out a plan for us detailing what things we should take care of right away and what to do in the near and distant future. I will be contacting Tom on our next home purchase and recommend him to friends and family
