Home inspection
Second time using this company.... have also recommended Tom to family, who have used his services before. I would definitely use his company again.

Home inspection
Tom did an excellent job doing our home inspection. He was very thorough and explained everything he did along the way. Our realtor was very impressed with the inspection and asked us for his card afterwards so he can use Tom again in the future. Great job Tom and thanks again.

Home Inspection
Tom is my 'go-to' for home inspections - I never hesitate to recommend him to clients, friends or family. Tom has consistently shown a high level of professionalism, knowledge, and experience in every interaction we have had together. I most recently used Tom for a personal home purchase and couldn't have been more impressed. Tom saved me from making a bad decision on a home that had a lot of hidden problems, and with his guidance was able to close on my next family home without worry. If you are contemplating a home purchase I would highly, highly recommend working with Tom from Clearview so you can have peace of mind in regards to your investment. Thank you, Tom!

Home inspection
Tom was incredibly professional throughout the whole inspection process. He was thorough and took time to explain the inspection findings. He provided detailed inspection report with pictures and recommendations. I like the fact that the report is accessible online( on my private space he created for me). I can revisit the website anytime to access the report- it so convenient. Thank you so very much. Highly recommended

Home Inspection.
WOW where do I start ? Tom is a true professional, perfectionist and a great teacher. We went with Extended Home Inspection for our new build. Tom came in when the time was suitable for us on a Saturday evening, sent us the report the same night. He took the time in going over everything 3 times, explaining us everything in details. He is simply perfect. Will recommend Tom to everyone I know.

Complete home inspection (plus pool inspection)
Very professional. Very thorough. Excellent use of technology and experience - I would recommend him to anyone. I feel confident about my home purchase thanks to Tom!

Home & Pool Inspection
Hired Clearview Home & Property Inspection to do a detail inspection for the house I was buying which has a pool. I’ve hired home inspectors for other purchases but felt Tom was extremely more detail, took the time to explain what he was seeing and explained potential issues. Would 100% recommend them.

Tom conducted the home inspection for our first house
Our realtor recommended Tom for our home inspection, and since we were buying our first home we were very apprehensive regarding the process and how efficient it would be. Before the inspection day, Tom have us a break down of all costs associated and he explained the different inspection packages for us to choose from. On the day of the inspection Tom was very detailed and thorough in explaining how the process and the inspection will go and what he will be exactly checking. He also assured us that a full report will follow that evening and we can solely focus on going around the house and he will brief us at the end of each step. At the end of the inspection, Tom have us a full detailed explanation if his findings and recommendations and followed up with the report that evening. The report was very detailed, thorough and it was very easy to review and understand. A month later I had a few questions about the inspection required for our insurance and Tom was very helpful in answering my questions and providing the information required. Thank you Tom for your great service, we will definitely use your services in the future.

Condominium Home Inspection
Mr. Tom is very knowledgeable of what he is doing........he's an expert. I didn't need to ask questions-he explained everything to me in details. Now i have nothing to worry about moving to my new place very soon, and i have peace of mind. Good job!!! Keep up the good work.

Air quality testing
Tom is very knowledgable and always glad to answer any questions that come up during his visits and especially afterwards. I have hired on several occasions now and will continue to do so as needed as I've come to know him as incredibly reliable and the quality of his knowledge is like that of know one else.
