Home Inspection with thermo imaging
Tom was our inspector from Clear View, and he has been quick to respond to our phone calls and answered all our questions with patience. He showed up on time on inspection day and went through the process methodically. He has done a lot of work in our neighborhood and knows many problem-prone areas, which were pointed out to us during the inspection. Tom documented and explained the issues we have and made sure to give us a chance to ask any questions we might have. The report was completed and emailed to us on the same day. We are happy with the service we received and would recommend Tom to anyone looking for a home inspector.

New home inspection
Tom from the Clearview home inspection did a very theral job on my new stack townhome. He was friendly, professional, and open to any questions. Report he gave me after the home inspection was very oganized, detailed and easy to understand. I am very happy with his work and I would recommend him to any one.

New built inspection
We had an excellent inspector. Tom was thorough and explained everything in detail. He helped us understand what was needed and what we needed to watch out for. His report was very thorough, it helped a lot and made our life very easy in submitting the ration report . We are very thankful to tom

Home Inspection
We were very happy with Tom's services. He is very, friendly, detailed and knowledgeable. It is our first time to own a house and we learned a lot from him in terms of home maintenance, etc. After the inspection, we felt confident to move forward with our purchase.

Home Inspection
This is our first home purchase and we went for an older home that was close to our work. We definitely wanted to get a through inspection and selected the best one listed on homestars, and we are thrilled that we did. Our inspector was so thorough and detailed, it was very impressive. He walked us through the house and answered all our questions with clarity and completeness. We are so happy to have selected Clearview. Home inpection
He was very thorough went through the house 3 times was really informative about everything. Learned a lot during the inspection and would call him again.

New home inspection
Very detailed, helpful and friendly service. We were very impressed with the attention to detail. I felt very confident following the inspection tomove forward with the home purchase.

Home inspection
I would highly recommend Clearview to inspect your home! Tom was very detailed, thorough and knowledgeable. The report we received gave us the reassurance that all defects/issues were covered when filing our Year End Form to Tarion.

Hone Inspection for the house we are purchasing
It was my first time going through a home inspection and I had a lot of questions. I was very happy that our home inspector Tom Rando was very thorough and patient explaining every aspect of the inspection to me. We started on the outside of the house and when floor by floor. Tom found a few key issues which we did not notice and ultimately we asked the home owners to fix these issues. The infrared imaging gave us extra reassurance that there were no major issues with the house.

Home inspection
Tom came to a home inspection, which he did thoroughly and provided some great feedback. He was very professional and efficient and having the report ready on the same day. I would definitely recommend him to other clients.
