Home Inspection - detailed with thermal imaging
Tom Rando’s assignment for my new home inspection was fantastically detailed and also extremely well organized and reported upon; he clearly and concisely explained the benefits of each facet of his inspection and enabled me to choose the best product to suit my needs as a home buyer and then proceeded to arrive promptly and worked smoothly and without fuss to not only walk me around the property but also show me exactly what concerns I might have with it. The full inspection report with thermal imaging was produced on the same day. Tom comes highly recommended.

House Inspection Gone Very Well
I was very happy with the inspection from Clearview. Tom was on time, the inspection was very comprehensive and the report very valuable for the maintenance of the home. I would highly recommend their services.

House inspection
Nov 15 2017 I used the services from Clearview Home and Property inspections and I was very satisfied with how well the work from him which is Tom Rando. Hes inspection were very thorough and did a great job going through every little area to make sure everything was in order. In the end, he were able to find a few small issues that we were able to get taken care of. Overall I am very pleased with how well the work from Clearview went, I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend their services.

Pre-purchase house inspection
I was delighted with the service I received. For a 1st time homebuyer, Tom explained everything in a detailed and simple language. He went well and beyond educating me on how the different equipment worked and the proper maintenance interval. I recommend him without hesitation !!

Home Inspection
Tom was amazing. He showed up early and got right to work. He inspected every inch of the house 3 times! Once on his own taking detailed notes, once with me to show me all the things he noted, and once more to take pictures and give everything a final look over. I was incredibly impressed with how knowledgeable Tom is. This being my first house I had a lot of questions. Tom was great at explaining exactly what I wanted to know in a way that made sense. I feel 1000 times more knowledgeable about my house and how to take care of it now. The report Tom produced was thorough and a great resource. I showed it to my father in law who works in the construction industry and he was very pleased by how detailed and exhaustive the report was. Based on Tom's recommendations in the report we were able to go back to the sellers and have them agree to complete a number of repairs before we assume ownership, which is great as it saves me and my wife a lot of post purchase work. I cannot recommend Tom enough. If you need a home inspection don't even consider anyone else.
