    Home inspection

    I was extremely impressed by Tom's way of working. He started by explaining clearly on what is covered, and what is not. Then he thoroughly went through the house with me, explaining each and every issue in details, in an easy-to-understand way. The report came later same day with lots of details, pictures, and practical suggestions. Further follow up questions were answered within the day as well. I would not hesitate to recommend Tom to any of my friends.

    Condo Inspection

    Our inspector was Tom. He was really great. Very thorough, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. This was our first condo inspection, so I had no idea so many things would come up in the report. But the whole point of an inspection is to know what's going on with the condo before you're stuck with it. I feel much more prepared now moving forward with this condo, and (if everything else goes well) in a few weeks it will be ours!

    Extended Home Inspection

    Great company, highly knowledgeable inspector with great communication skills. 5 stars is an understatement. If you're looking for a house inspector, look no further.

    Home Inspection

    Great experience with Tom and Clearview at large. Met with Tom at the property. He was knowledgeable and delivered his opinion in a digestible, easy to understand manner. Highly recommended.

    Extended Plus Home Inspection

    Tom has been hands down the best home inspector we've ever dealt with. We are buying a heritage property and have some serious concerns about a few areas of the home. Not only has Tom made himself readily available to ask additional questions, but has even agreed to work with a contractor to try and get to the bottom of an issue or two before we firm up the deal.We will certainly use Clearview for any future purchases. It's rare to find a level of service like this - he is well qualified, and his willingness to go above and beyond is unmatched. Thank you Tom!

    Tarion Inspection

    Tom was incredibly nice and very easy to talk to. He answered all our questions and was very thorough with the inspection. He walked through every thing with us and ensured we were satisfied with our PDI, the process and the issues he found. He is extremely detailed and clearly loves what he does. He was incredibly friendly and would highly recommend him and hire him again.

    Extended Home Inspection

    Mu husband and I are very satisfied with the inspection Tom did for us. He pointed out all the problems and also provided solutions and possible costs in the report. Tom's expertise and excellent customer service impressed us.

    Home Inspection

    Inspection was done thouroughly in a very professional manner. Inspector took time to explain every problem that he came across according to priorities. we were very satisfied with his work. .

    Extended Home Inspection

    Tom from Clearview was very professional and did a thorough job. I was impressed at the detail of the inspection and would recommend Clearview to anybody needing an inspection.
