He was so careful, super detailed and professional. Companies like this are hard to find and I can't say enough about such meticulous, thorough and well-priced work. Thank you!

Our old furnace needed to be replaced, and we called Airco. Dan evaluated our needs and recommended a solution. No pressure. The Daikin Fit ducted dual-fuel heat pump/gas furnace system Dan recommended was an excellent choice. It has been operating for 2 months now, both heating and cooling, and we love it. Much more comfortable and quieter than the old single-stage furnace and window AC units we had. The whole house stays at a comfortable temperature and humidity. William was friendly and did a clean, neat installation, and happily answered the many questions we asked him. Dan promptly provided all the technically detailed forms necessary to obtain the huge rebate offered by Fortis. Airco was recommended to us by family members, and we would not hesitate to recommend them. They are professional, experienced and knowledgeable.

I decided it was time to upgrade my Furnace & Hot Water Tank - I wanted a high efficiency furnace and Hot Water on Demand. I investigated several suppliers and got quotes. Airco Heating and Cooling did a site visit to review my needs/wants and gave me options to choose from. They recommended excellent products (Furnace from Daiken, HWHeater from Navien - excellent product reviews and strong warranties). Dan worked with me to schedule the work and was super helpful. On installation day, William arrived on time, made sure I knew what he was doing and that it was what I expected. He let me know about possibility of noise and when to expect it (I work from home) and he kept hiis word. He did an amazing installation of all products, and made sure I knew how to operate the new thermostat, how to adjust the water heater and what to watch for with furnace (I included a surge protector so he showed where to look for it and how to interpret the colour lights). He left my mechanical room cleaner and in better shape than it has ever been. He met all my expectations and more!

We have had Airco come and service our Fujitsu mini-split AC unit in the past. They have been great to deal with from the initial call through to the servicing. We recently had to call and leave a message on a Saturday because our unit was not producing cold air. Dan promptly responded by email with a couple of suggestions that unfortunately did not fix the issue. We called Monday morning and left a message. Dan got back to us very quickly and was kind enough to have Jean come out at noon to have a look. He was abke to find a leak, repair it and double check each unit. We are grateful for their prompt service. It is good to support a great locally family owned business with awesome customer service! Highly recommend them!

We called to have someone come out and complete a yearly service on our AC and Furnace units. Jeanne came out to our home. He was professional, polite, clean and knowledgeable about the systems in our home. I showed him where everything was located and he went to work. If Jeanne saw something that was questionable, he pointed it out and asked us how we wanted to proceed. By the time he had finished the job, I felt like we were old friends. I would use them again without question.

Our project started with a regular service on the Furnace and the fact that we were starting to see Faults 126 and 13 recur every so often. One tech looked at the heat exchanger and changed the Flame sensor but that did not stop the High Active Cycle from coming on. He opined that the problem was air flow. So we called on Airco to have a look at it. Jeanne, always friendly, knowledgeable and a good communicator called me into the Furnace room and like a doctor told me that the heat exchanger was on its last legs. He said he'd talk to Dan get me a quote and he'd give me a credit on the service part. Bill did the installation over two long days. Was very patient as he explained how to use Daikin One Touch Thermostat to my wife and I. So far everything is working fine and we would highly recommend Airco Team in the future. I especially liked the knowledge retention at Airco, because some 21 years ago Bill installed the first Furnace and Air Conditioning system!

We discovered Airco a few years back and since then Dan and company have looked after all our needs - firstly installed a high efficiency furnace and then a couple of years later an AC unit, as well as yearly inspections on these units. Everyone we have dealt with at Airco (Dan, Dayna, William and Matthew) have been friendly, knowledgeable , reliable and trustworthy. We do not hesitate in recommending Airco - go ahead and give them a call, you wont be disappointed!

Our furnace was installed a year ago February. Part of the warranty is to have the furnace serviced every year. Jeanne came over on the time indicated on the reservation. He remembered not to let the cat out or into the furnace room. When he started to service the furnace he found a small gas leak. We never knew about this leak. He ordered the part and installed it. This should save us some money payable to Fortis. Jeanne is were top notch; friendly, polite, very knowledgeable, and very professional in his trade. My wife and I were very impressed with his personality and friendliness.

Ive had at least 3 or 4 techs come to my home to solve our heating and cooling problems. They all claim to know yet they dont solve the problems. After 2 years or more of frustration trying to find someone that could help us with our Carrier system I called Airco and explained our challenges. They sent their seasoned Techician , William - field supervisor over to help. - he was a really good guy, very polite, very professional - extremely knowledgeable - first class Techician William is a seasoned professional, listens well and then he actually solved the problems I have no hesitation highly recommending William if you need someone that is very helpful and is good at what he does. I would highly recommend William

Jeanne was on time, always pleasant and efficient. Have been dealing with Airco for many, many years. Never disappointed. Always recommend Airco to friends.
