The recent heat wave was unbearable for me and I could only imagine how my parents must have felt as they don't have air conditioning. I called the folks at Luxair and asked if they could try to squeeze me in, as I could only imagine how busy it must be this time of year. The folks at Luxair, were able to come and install a unit within 48 hours with no problems. They arrived promptly at 9am and worked continuously until the job was complete. They were very professional, did a great job and left my home looking like they had never been there, I was impressed with the unit installed its very quiet and generated the much needed cold air I was looking for, My parents, my pets and myself are all very pleased. I would recommend their services in a heart beat. Thanks guys.

My furnace was leaking water whenever the AC was on and I was planning on replacing it next year. Rather than fixing it at who knows what price, I figured for peace of mind, I would just get a new one this year. <b> Phillip was very professional from start to finish. I called him about 3 times on the day I ordered the unit with questions and each and every time, he answered with patience and a laid back attitude. He knew his stuff and made different recommendations based on my needs. He showed up on the day of the job BEFORE the scheduled time and just parked in my driveway. I think he was waiting for the time to come before knocking on my door. When I met him, he had the same laid back attitude the whole time he did the job and once again answered all my questions with patience and a smile. He looked at everything and explained to me exactly what the problem with the leaking was and it turns out it was subpar workmanship from the person that installed my furnace. He came with his colleague and both were very professional. They both took their time with the job and ensured everything was done properly. They pulled out the existing cables for my old AC unit, replaced that and also encased the old power cable running into my house with a cover. They did some other stuff too such as running a micron check for leaks or something like that, I don't remember exactly what it was called. He also asked me who installed the gas line for my gas dryer and he said they didn't do it properly as it was supposed to be tied down every 6 feet. He corrected this, talk about above and beyond service!!! My dad even came over and took some of the spare parts from the old AC units and they didn't say anything. We let the AC run for about 5-10 minutes and he TRIPLE checked different vents throughout the house to ensure the air-flow and cold air was blowing properly. After everything was done, they cleaned up the work site and he explained to me how it worked, what he did and what I could do to maintain my furnace and AC to run efficiently. I can no sleep in comfort on those hot summer nights again without worrying about the water puddles in my furnace room. I definitely HIGHLY recommend him and was so glad he was recommended to me. I'll see him in the near future as I told him that I will call him near the end of summer or fall to have him come install a new humidifier to my furnace.

A/C broke in 40degree heat. I came to homestars and decided on Luxair because it was a smaller, well rated company. I made the right choice. I talked to Phil on the phone and he let me know he'd be at my house in 2 hours or less, and he was right on time. He had my A/C up and running in no time flat, even leaving to grab an obscure part. He is fast, reliable, and a straight shooter. I was very happy with Luxair, would do business with Phil again and reccomend him to friends.

Philip the owner of the business answered my call and came that day. It was fairly late in the afternoon when I called to schedule an appointment for the next day, but to my surprise, Philip arrived at my home within the hour. He told me that he could have my air conditioner up and running in no time. And he did. After being told by another company that they didn't know what the problem with my A/C unit was, to hear him say it would be no problem was music to my ears.

This company is excellent. I have dealt with many heating and air companies and people and by far LUXAIR is the best. The owner Phil Tanti is a total professional. Everyone is friendly and knowledgable. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Luxair for your help!!! keep up the good work!

Philip installed an air conditioning unit and new furnace for us and was a complete professional from start to finish. His quote was very reasonable and he was straightforward with what he would do and why. He was also one of the only people we spoke with who seemed to be knowledgeable about the Ontario building codes we would have to work with. He was easily accessible by phone and email, which contributed to the feeling of great customer service. When the work was being done, all of his people were super respectful of us and our house, as well as being really good at their jobs. Any snags that he came across were brought to our attention and explained really well. We are really happy with our new system and will definitely be calling Luxair with any future needs!

Technicians look very neat, clean and they have been very professional throughout the whole process. Philip the owner also took time to explain the installation procedure and available options there are. Overall 10.

Philip is very knowledgeable. His workmanship is excellent. He won't take shortcuts just to get it done. He makes sure all the work are done according to standard. He treats the job as if he is installing it for his own use. I highly recommend Philip for anyone who needs to get their heating and cooling solution to done right!

These guys did an excellent job on the A/C unit and inform me on the steps that they are going to take letting me know where they are at and letting me know the testing of the A/C unit. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Very nice and very interactive. Its been a pleasure. Give them a rise!!

Installation of humidifier and gas line. Phillip from Luxair is awesome, as friendly as they come and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and gave me all my possible options. He did more than expected to satisfy. He puts in the extra effort to do a good job. I recommended him to a friend for an air conditioner and he also was very pleased. I would use and highly recommend Luxair Heating and Air Conditioning.
