    Home inspection

    I would like to THANK Marco Ramos for helping me recently with my home inspection. Marco took the time and explained the entire "home inspection" process thoroughly which made the experience less stressful and transparent. He gave me tips and advice on what required immediate attention once I move into my new home. He was courteous and knowledgeable which was very helpful. Finally, Marco ensured that all my questions and concerns were addressed. I would not hesitate to recommend Marco Ramos in the future as a Home Inspector.

    Home Inspection

    I would absolutely recommend Marco Ramos to anyone looking to have a home inspection. Marco is extremely knowledgeable and he takes the time to answer all of your questions in detail. Marco also provided us with some suggestions on how to correct any issues that he discovered. We really appreciated this! Thank you Marco for making our first home inspection such a great experience and for providing us with some valuable tips on our new house!

    Home Inspection

    We had Marco do our home inspection for our new house. We were moving from a condo situation and Marco was really helpful and knowledgeable about all the possible issues in our house. Not only did he find some, he told us the ways to correct these issues so that they did not become bigger problems. He also went out of his way to help us when we were having problems with our phone lines and that day he alerted us to a potential problem with our hot water tank that was not there during the home inspection. We really appreciated all his help with our house. Thank you Marco!

    Home Inspection

    We found the home we wanted away from the "big city", but of course had some concerns regarding the house as it was older. We were told to try Lighthouse Home Inspections and after researching them and a few other businesses chose them for our inspection. Marco was the inspector that came to the house and he was excellent! He arrived on time, was very thorough, took the amount of time that he said he would and pointed out a few key things to discuss with the seller. He also calmed some worries we had about a few things that we thought were major issues. He also mentioned that we could call anytime if we had any additional questions later on with the inspection report. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a home inspection!     Home Inspection

    We recently had Marco complete our home inspection and have nothing but fantastic things to say about our experience. He was patient, knowledgeable and always available after our inspection to answer questions or concerns we may have. Marko makes home buying less stressful and I would recommend his team to all those looking for an amazing home inspection experience

    Home Inspection

    Marco performed a home inspection for my Mother in-law when she was purchasing her new condo in Waterdown last month. Marco was very informative and did a fantastic job going through all the "positives" of the condo while highlighting anything that needed to be addressed now or in the future. I always recommend Marco to friends and family that are in need of his professional services. Thanks again Marco!

    Home Inspection

    Buying a house is traumatic enough without knowing the "story" of your house. Marco is able to provide an exhaustive inventory of things to consider. Not only does he identify problems but is able to provide reasonable solutions. You can't put a price on "peace of mind".

    Home Inspection

    We were referred to Marco by our agent. He was awesome. He was at the house before we were and was already hard at work, despite the snow! He was very thorough and personable. He clearly knows of what he speaks. He was not in a rush and took the time to do what was necessary to provide a proper inspection. Afterwards, he took the time to explain everything. I would absolutely recommend his services to anyone.

    Home inspection

    I called Marco for an inspection prior to purchasing my home in Brampton. The first phone call went exceptionally well compared to all of the other places that I called. He was knowledgeable, polite and even pointed out other questions that I forgot or didn't know to ask. When I arrived at the inspection, Marco was already there scoping out the neighborhood and was able to give a comparison of my home compared to the others. During the inspection he was thorough, answering all of my questions and giving me tips on things to fix and update in the future. I would definitely refer him to anyone else that needs a home inspection. Great job Marco and thank you.
