Drain back up
Great job. On time. Very friendly and explained all that was required in a professional manner. I hope not to see them anytime soon but would use again.

plugged kitchen drains
A fellow named Alex did the job. He was very professional, bright, well spoken with a good sense of humour and very conscientious about what he was doing. Very impressed with him and the entire experience.

Full Sewage Pipe Repair
Steve was on site within a few hours of us calling him. He was knowledgeable and he patiently explained the options available to fix the sewage flooding into our new basement. Steve gave us a competitive estimate and he walked us through the permit process. He was responsive and his team was reliable and efficient. It was an expensive job and we felt we got incredible value for our money. This is an excellent service provider and we highly recommend them.

Drain replacement.
We would like to thank Stefan , Terry and the team. They worked swiftly to resolve this situation for us. We found them to be courteous, professional and diligently focused. Their knowledge and level of understanding of the issues at hand, helped us to make informed decisions. They showed us every thing and explained the steps that they would take to fix our problems. Post work assistance
The covers on the external sewer access have broken a few times over the years and with a quick text they were replaced without charge. We found the quality and speed of service to be superior.

Plumbing
We had a blocked piped which was preventing us from being able to wash dishes, do laundry…so we called Rooter Man. The technician, Alex arrived on time. He was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. Alex, had the right equipment on hand and was able to clear the blockage. We were very satisfied with the service and would recommend Rooter Man to friends and family.

Clogged kitchen sink
Called and spoke to a very friendly customer service rep. The plumber, Alex arrived within 1 1/2 to snake my kitchen drain. Alex was very professional and courteous. He reviewed situation and provided me with a written quote when he arrived. He was able to snake the drain, problem solved. Definitely recommend this company. Ann S

Replacing old clay sewer pipes.
I met Stephen Brodar of Rooter Man when my neighbour had sewer back up in his basement. Stephen offer to camera my sewer pipes to check their condition, since mine were the same age as my neighbour’s. (60 plus years). My pipes were degraded and sewer back up was an inevitable event, unless the pipes were upgraded. Stephen, did all the necessary paper work for necessary building permits and started the very next day. The crew was prompt, professional and attentive to all my concerns. I have astroturf, and was concerned about how they were going to dig. They folded my turf over during work and placed it all back when the work was complete. Stephen scheduled an inspection from the city inspector for my $1200 subsidy from the city. The work was completed on schedule and the site was left neat and tidy.

Blocked drain
I have lived in a small apartment building that is over a century old for over 20 years and have battled slow drains for much of that time--that is until yesterday. When draining the kitchen sink, the water and debris was flowing into the bathtub on the other side of the kitchen wall but over the weekend, everything just stopped draining altogether. Spent a lot of wasted time plunging and bailing several times over a two day period. Really thankful our landlord called Rooter-Man! Very fast getting here, analyzing the issue and then clearing the drains!! The young and very courteous plumber was efficient and tidy, and explained everything from start to finish. The landlord has previously mostly hired amateurs to fix any plumbing issues so it was an absolute joy to have the work done quickly, properly and with such good customer service. Our plumbing had never been snaked and now all the drains flow beautifully! Although I don't know what the fee was, I have recommended the landlord use Rooter-Man anytime there are problems in this building again. Please thank the plumber (forgot his name) on behalf of all the residents at 151 Vaughan Rd. as even their drains are moving more quickly!
