On Time, On Budget and Excellent Workmanship.
The team from WindowTech were professional and efficient from start to finish. The sales representative Dmytro was helpful, informative, accommodating and not pushy. He also provided good options for the design selection. The installation team of Vlad, Alex, Jackson and Murman arrived on time on the day they promised and worked until well after dark each day to get the job done. They did an excellent job insulating and caulking all windows and doors. They were polite and thoughtful given the overall disruption caused by installing almost all windows and doors in a house. WindowTech was cost competative and I am impressed with the end result.

Window Installation
I recently had new windows installed in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and exceeded my expectations. The team was punctual and took great care to ensure everything was done to the highest standard. Our installer, Vladimir, was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to explain the installation process, answer all of our questions, and made sure that everything was installed perfectly. As well, he made sure to clean up our place very thoroughly after the installation. We have already noticed the noise reduction since installing the windows. I would highly recommend this company.

Door Replacement
WindowTech replaced my basement door. The other companies that came out pointed out that the door was sized improperly by the builder. The opening between the concrete walls is 38 inches, but a 32-inch door was installed and the outside was parked over with cement. This caused rotting over the years. The other companies recommended going with a 34 or 36-inch door. WindowTech came out and said they would fix the framing and install a 34-inch door at no additional cost. However, when the contract came in, it specified a 32-inch door. I called the sales rep, and he said not to worry; when the installer comes out to measure, if the opening is big enough for a 34-inch door, they would install a 34-inch door. After the installer came to pre-measure, I spoke to WindowTech, and they confirmed that a 34-inch door would not be a problem. They were supposed to install it in 4 weeks, but I got a call saying the door was damaged in transit and had to be remade, causing a couple of weeks delay. Two weeks later, they called me and tried to push the installation out another six weeks. I was not happy with this, and they managed get the door 2 weeks later. The 32-inch door was installed on May 29, 2024. The builder had used scrap pieces of 1 inch boards stacked to between the 2x4 framing and the door frame. Some of this was removed. I now have a less secure door, and the caulking has gaps in it. I called WindowTech, and they were supposed to put in a service ticket to have this re-done. It has been 4 months, and I am still waiting for the service call. Stay away from WindowTech. Get everything in writing.

Product and Service
We received a few estimates from different installers but we selected Window Tech because salesman came to the house very well prepared as well as brought models to show us and took the time to answer our questions, which was greatly appreciated. After we signed the contract, the windows were installed neatly and in a timely fashion. Our great experience from day one to the end we are very happy with work done by Windowtech professionals I would highly recommend Windowtech to our family and friends.

Window Replacement
Recently I decided to replace several main windows in our home. I contacted 4 companies of which one was Windowtech. After reviewing each quote I decided to go with Windowtech. From day one when the salesman came to the house to give the quote to the final day of installation I received amazing service and professional care. The installers arrived on time and completed the work with the utmost care and attention. The clean up was super quick and there was zero evidence of the work that was just completed! I cannot be happier and would highly recommend Windowtech to my friend and family.

Amazing company
Such great service such great work. Highly recommend I had My two doors done and Im booking them to do my windows next. Absolutely loved the job, very efficient and attention to detail was impeccable.
