Sanderson’s has been my roofing contractor for almost 20 years installing at least 10 different roofs for my company, family and friends. I keep coming back because of the quality, service, price and professionalism of their staff. No job is too small (outside pool shed) and each job is done just right!

Sanderson Roofing did a flat roof for me in 2018 - in 2020 an issue arose that needed to be dealt with. Despite some initial struggles in getting an appropriate response - they did come through. The owner contacted me personally when things were brought to his attention. I am pleased with the result. Standing behind your work is important. Sanderson Roofing did. If that is important to you, give them a call.

I would be wary of entering into an agreement with this company. In 2013, the previous owner of my house had the flat roof of the garage replaced by these guys. Late last autumn (2017), we started experiencing some leaking and some sagging in spots. We called the company to come take a look and they did; unfortunately, it snowed the night before they came, so upon arrival, they couldn’t really see anything. They said they would come back the next week, which never happened. I called again in the Spring of 2018 and set up an appointment for someone to come take a look. However, no one ever showed and despite repeated messages and emails to the company since, I have not received a call or email. So in the end, my roof is still leaking and I cannot get the company to come take a look at their own work after five years (despite a 10 year warranty). So be careful here.

Used this company several times to replace flat roofs on our rental properties. Very satisfied. I twice tried a less expensive company and had terrible experience with both. I always get 2 quotes and get back to Sanderson to discuss the price.

Very competitive pricing without cutting corners. Very friendly and professional crew. Thorough and tidy work. Take time for detail work. Clean up constantly and make sure to retrieve every single piece of garbage everyday before leaving the site. highly recommended

Adjustments to the original job were needed but Craig and his team took full responsibility and made things right. We were quite happy with Craig's professionalism and the care he took in order to satisfy our requirements.

When we moved in last summer, the home inspector told us that the rook should really be replaced before winter. We got quotes from for different places, and Sanderson was the cheapest. We were reluctant to go with them at first because they were so much cheaper than most of the other quotes. When I asked about putting in a low profile vent over the garage portion and a drip edge drip edge - things a couple other places mentioned in their quotes for additional cost - Sanderson included them at no extra charge. 50-year shingles were the default product (something that would cost extra elsewhere), and this spring, I did not find one stray roofing nail on my grass. I would recommend them to anyone who asked about a great roofer. Exceptional work and a great price.
