Original issue: marble floor with significant tile "lip'age" 3mm at most tile joints. The "lip'age" was very noticeable. Marble Floor also had a "crown" in it. Marble Express Restoration came in honed, polished, sealed, and removed all tile "lip'age". During: Clean, courteous, talked through process, explained issues and how the fix would be accomplished. Taped and plastic for entire work area. We built out home 7 years ago and put in beautiful travertine stone floors. They were not honed and we have not been able to find a sealant that showed them off to our satisfaction. We decided to hire Marble Express. They came to our home at the agreed upon time and date and worked non stop all day. They did a great job localizing the mess and, when they left, the floors were absolutely stunning and the house was clean. We have a friend who was looking to have her marble floors and counters restored so we invited her over to see what a great job Marble Express did for us. She will be hiring them as well.

Terry came as scheduled and got right to work, took the care and estimated time to refinish the marble in my ensuite. Looks great and recommended him same day to a friend who needs their marble table refinished.

Terry did a great job for a fair price. He was very patient with me and was willing to take the time to show me my choices where the finish of my limestone was concerned. He definitely aims to please and wanted me to be happy with the outcome. I couldn't ask for more! Many, many, thanks.

Marble express repaired some major sized chips in our master bathroom counters. I was going to replace them. Not only did he repair them , he ground , polished and resealed the surfaces. Can't believe how good they look. Like brand new! They also reground some major scratches in the bathroom floor and installed new grout. They then resealed the floor. Again looks brand new. They then reground and polished the shower tiles. I was originally looking at replacing everything. $1200 that I spent is a fraction of what I would have spent. Sure glad I called them, saved me a lot of money. They arrived right on time and were very professional in ALL aspects of their work. My experience with this Company and Terry was excellent. I had 5 marble counters (kitchen / 3x bathroom / laundry room) that needed to be polished and sealed. Terry was extremely accurate and reliable with his estimate for time needed, cost of project, and expectation for finished product. He made all the counters look brand new. I have more marble in the house and would absolutely reuse, and recommend Marble Express to anyone looking for marble restoration.

Outstanding meticulous workmanship! Terry came when he said he would and exceeded any expectations I had. I would re-hire him again if I had another project and definitely recommend him for any project.

We recently retained Marble Express to restore the marble tile in our shower stall. We are very pleased with the work Terry completed at our home. I had my kitchen floor refinished and regrouted by Marble Express Restoration. Terry was very professional in his approach. He explained what he would do and told me my options. When we selected Terry, he arrived on time, did what he needed to do and cleaned up. I am very happy with the work Terry did. He also mentioned that should some of the grouting come off after a month, he would come back to refinish. I will be asking Terry to refinish the marble work in my bathrooms soon.
