Norseman Construction's office is located in my area I have seen there signs around allot and when I was considering a renovation I thought that they might be out of my price range. However after meeting with Ian, Kris and the the rest of the Norseman Staff I was greatly put at ease. The cost was affordable, the job went as planned, I was given the freedom to choose my material and save cost through their suppliers which was a really unique way of doing business. I recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable renovation. Thank you

Norseman Construction was hired to renovate the main floor of my semi. I had a great design and Norseman was able to execute the project with the precision and detail I was looking for. They completed the job within budget and within my timeline I recommend anyone looking for a Construction Company instead of a contractor, the difference here is professionalism, organization, cost accurate, and efficient. Great work done on our place. We called Norsemann on a Tuesday in September and it was done on the Saturday. Work was done in half a day. It looks sharp!

I have dreaded renovations in the past because of the hidden costs, bad service and lack of communication- but when I had the pleasure of working with Kris Potts and the Norseman team they put all my hesitations to rest. They created a beautiful glass boardroom, with mounted television and wiring and their esthetic suggestions really added to the final design. I am so pleased with how the renovation turned out and there were absolutely NO additional or hidden costs. I highly recommend their work and I feel their differentiating factor is that I can trust this company to deliver.

My business partner and I needed to relocate our business in The Beach. We found a suitable location but it required building out from bare walls and we had a restricted time line. Kris met with us, reviewed our plans, provided an overview of the work flow schedule, provided written contract with pricing and then most importantly he and his crew delivered. The work was done as agreed, our adjustments during the work were met with a no worries attitude. Any additions were quickly accepted, ammendments written up and signed by both parties. We would recommend Kris and Norseman to anyone that wants quality work, fair pricing and a good construction experience.

I had to sell my parents home and it hadn't been updated in some time. This was my second time hiring Norseman. Kris and his crew didn't disappoint. Norseman prepped and painted the 2 story house, updated/finished the basement rec room (drywall, and carpeting), modernized the brick wall around the living room fireplace , and installed a new marble counter top and sink in the kitchen including backs-plash. I was really impressed with the helpful advice. I got excellent value for my money and I know I made my money back "plus" when the house sold. They were good about understanding that I planned to sell and not steer me into expensive finishes and extras that I would never enjoy anyway. The reason I hired Norseman again is that they do what they say they will, show up when they say they will, charged me what they said they would, and actually care about my projects. On this job as well as the last some good advice from Kris saved me money and improved the outcome.

our neighbour had hired this team to do an extensive renovation of their home. i observed their work habits and the job they did and was impressed. they quoted me a reasonable price for a fence and even included photos of a fence i had asked them to replicate. the work was done exactly to the schedule i was given, they were punctual, neat, and did a professional quality job. i am very pleased and would hire them again tomorrow.

Norseman Construction was contracted by our firm to handle predelivery inspection deficiencies for a 143 unit condominium located in Etobicoke on a prestigous corner of the City. Their service was clean, timely and professional. They finished this project spring of 2007. Due to Norseman's assistance there were only 6 Tarion Concillations throughout the entire project all of which were dismissed by Tarion.
