My husband and I are very satisfied with the job done by Ivan and his crew. They were very punctual and worked steady to finish the job. We put drywall on the upstair, they completed the job nicely as we requested, and even did extra work when we requested. They are flexible and responsible crew. We will for sure look for them if more drywall work is needed. They are also very friendly and with positive attitude. The only recommendation I will do is perhaps they could do a better dusting after the job is completed. Other than that, we are very happy and enjoying our new upstairs now.

Ivan and his crew installed drywall, taped and mudded my basement and kitchen walls. They also plastered our popcorn ceilings too. I found them very friendly, professional, efficient, tidy and very good value aswell. I had no problems with anything and would highly recommend iplaster for anyone looking for any work in relation to any of the jobs above.

We had popcorn ceilings throughout most of our townhouse and wanted them smooth. Other plastering companies proposed doing the usual heavy sanding that can take weeks and leave the house full of dust. I contacted Ivan because his business is close to my house. When he came he explained that he does only light sanding and uses a different kind plaster (it contains crystalline silica) that fills in the popcorn. The job would take much less time and leave much less dust than the usual method. All this was true. Ivan and his crew finished the job in less than a week. They came in every day, something that can't be said for many contractors, were polite, hard-working, protected our hardwood floors, and cleaned up not just at the end but throughout the job. There was a small amount of plaster dust but nothing major. The ceilings are completely smooth and we lost no ceiling height. If you want to get rid of old-fashioned popcorn ceilings, get in touch with Ivan. Highly recommended.

I had never done anything major in construction before deciding to demolish my old home and rebuild a brand new one. I took on the role of hiring everyone and running the site and Ivan was my best decision. He is a genuinely good guy who expects his work to be as great as you do. I know I have my drywall for as long as he's around because he is the absolute best in the business.

Ivan's guys were on time each day and fixed our sagging plaster ceiling, plus repairing a couple of long cracks in a wall. They cleaned the area well each day, and the walls and ceiling were left ready to be painted.

Prompt friendly service at a fair price. The guys were helpful, polite and worked fast. My concerns with workmanship were remedied easily and communication was good. I would use them again.

Great Company! I had Ivan come in and plaster over a concrete ceiling in my guest bedroom. It was a very difficult job because I wasn't able to remove some wall units but Ivan stepped up to the challenge and delivered an astounding job! The job was very reasonably priced even though he had to work around the wall units and deal with the headache of working in a condo. I am very pleased with the end result and would happily recommend him to anyone!

The work seemed very tricky with awkward cuts all over, but they came in and did a very good job with no hassle very quick and well done. Kept the house very clean after each day I didn't have to lift a hand overall very happy would recommend to any one

Found iPlaster on homestars, received about 6 other estimates from various sources other than homestars. After discussing the job with Ivan was confident his approach to making my walls smooth again was the best quality to price ratio. ie. stucco mesh with a coating of durabond to prevent new cracks and strengthen wall, followed by a level 5 finish using other CGC products. the job was done with extreme efficiency. between 1 to 5 workers were at my house every day depending on whether there was work to be done. (drying time the biggest slowdown of course). Ivan was responsive via iMessage and gave me updates along the way. I do not believe the job could have been done any faster (1 week total) as my walls were in rough shape. Kudos to Ivan's great project management and organizational skills. Plus Ivan stands by his work and works right along with all the other workers. All diligent and trustworthy. They hustle to get the job done. This work is dusty and dirty, but that's unavoidable. My advice, ensure your work area is blocked off from the rest of the house using lots of tape and dropsheets. We did and it was quite effective.
