    Quality Windows

    I replaced all of my windows in my house with Sunview 2 years ago . The windows are very high quality. I had some issues with the original installation but the company came back promptly to rectify any issues.

    Window Installation

    Very clean. Excellent window installation. I had 7 windows replaced and the window installations went flawlessly. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The company & staff was very great to deal with

    Bathroom, kitchen and garage windows replacement

    Last year I replaced my kitchen and bathroom windows. The price I paid was fair and reasonable for brand new windows. Service was amazing and I was very happy with with result. That is why I called the same company for my garage windows replacement. Outstanding price and job as always!Thank you!

    Basement Window Replacement

    Recently replaced 3 basement windows and wanted to acknowledge a job well done by Sunview. It was great dealing with Andrew and his sales team to understand what products were available and answering all my questions. Also wanted to give a shout to Zak, Joe & Ali who did an excellent job on the installation. Had a great experience dealing with Zak as he was very open with explaining the process and receptive to correcting any deficiencies.

    New doors for side entrance to house

    Sunview Windows & Doors installed new doors (a main door and storm door) at the side entrance to our house. Initially, a mistake was made and a storm door different than what we ordered was installed. All throughout the process Sunview kept in touch with us to give us updates and replaced the storm door in a reasonable amount of time. You can tell how a company values good customer service when problems arise, not when things are going smoothly. This is the company you want to work with, folks!

    New Windows to replace old ones - End to End customer service

    I recently changed several windows in my home and was fully satisfied end-to-end customer service provided by Sunview, Edmonton. I have plans to replace my remaining windows to similar energy efficient windows with this company. It started with estimation visit from Andrew my fifth company to seek estimates. Andrew was not pushy offering competitive price and customized options. Zak, Joe and Ali installed windows while ensuring minute details are taken care to ensure quality and customer satisfaction are met. Great communication, clarity on installation dates as I was waiting for my windows to be custom manufactured, Andrew was easy to reach over phone, and willingness to go over and beyond during installation to meet my expectations are few reasons which attributed towards my great customer experience. I have already recommended Sunview, Edmonton to my friends and neighbours. Andrew is also is in parallel working to avail the energy Alberta rebates that I am eligible for. Extremely professional service while ensuring there is personal touch. I am looking forward to continue experiencing this great service through the next phases. Thanks!

    Windows installation

    We decided to change our windows and called a few companies we were interested in, Sunview was the 3rd on the list. We got a very good deal on a quality product that they offer. The group of professional installers showed up and did an awesome job with an explanation of how everything works, everyone we dealt with were very friendly. Great service, superior product and a very respectful and dedicated installation crew. Thanks guys!

    windows installation

    I was very happy with the company ,they did a great job and clean up afterward. The product was high efficient look good and reduce the outside noise.The workers was very professional.you can visit Sunview website and view photos of windows installed.

    Replace 7 windows

    I had 7 windows replaced, things were going well until the last window, it was late in the day and the installers wanted to leave. They ran out of clear silicone to seal the casing to the wall on the outside so used white silicone for about a third of the top casing and the rest clear silicone. After my phone call to the office they came back a few days later and replace most of the white silicone with huge amounts of clear silicone, only in the area were the white used to be. Again unacceptable, one installer came back two days later but it was too cold for the silicone to stick to anything. The third time back they fixed it the way I wanted it fixed. They did clean the inside of my home very well, but my yard is covered with bits of material from when they removed my old windows. After reading the review above they did come back and clean up the material in my yard.

However, it is our goal to complete everything properly the first time and obviously this was not your experience. Please accept our apology. Mistakes do happen and all we can do is promise to work with our clients until they are satisfied. In this case, I was informed that as they were finishing the last window, late in the day, it began to rain heavily. They applied white silicone temporarily until we could return on a dry day. We would have been back immediately the following day but of course silicone needs to dry before we can remove it and re-apply. This is why we did not return for three days.     Sunview replaced 5 the windows and 2 glass units in my home , their high quality product and skills exceeded my expectations. Very happy with service from the beginning. I have already recommended them to my partners and friends.
