    Small outlet fix

    I called Mark (based on homestars reviews) after getting sparks, smoke, and pops when I was replacing an outlet cover in a bedroom. He came within 2 hours of the call (!!) and fixed the problem in minutes. Very professional and friendly.

    Great service

    I called him for a few small home electoral problems. Mark was very professional and helpful. He made the time to see me quickly and was a real straight-shooter. I would call him again any time I had home electrical problems.

    replacing wires in electrical box, GFI installation, plus general troubleshooting

    A home inspector told us we had some unsafe writing in our 100-year-old East York home, so we wanted a licensed electrician to sort it out for us. Because we had a clear idea what needed to be done, Mark gave me an estimate over the phone, then arranged a time to do the work. He arrived on time, was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. One job took less time than he had estimated, so he charged less than his initial estimate. Having met him, I asked him to do some other small jobs, for which he returned the next week. Again--on time, courteous, and efficient. I will hire him again and would definitely recommend him.

    Replacing shorted outside plug

    This was a minor project but I wanted someone licensed to replace my shorted plug. Mark was excellent and reasonable. He was warm, friendly and did an excellent work while explaining what he was doing. Highly recommend and will definitely use him in the future

    Breaker Replacement

    Mark returned my call within an hour. He was easy to work with and was on time. We replaced our electric stove with gas and needed a qualified electrician to replace the 40 amp breaker with a 15. Work was completed quickly and the price was as quoted. We would not hesitate to call Mark again.

    Pot Lights and Ceiling Fan

    A great experience dealing with Mark and Green Planet Electric! He was responsive, punctual, patient and helpful. The work was done exactly as asked for. The workers took care to leave as little mess as possible. I will definitely use Mark in the future and recommend him without reservation.

    Frequent Power Outages

    We were having frequent power outages at our house, and Mark was able to come check out the issue only a few hours after I called him for the first time. After about 30 minutes, he had the problem fixed, and walked me downstairs to show me exactly what the problem was. On time, friendly, and professional. Would use again.

    Wiring inspection and fixture repair

    Mark arrived on time, was clear with his quotation, and completed the work on budget. We had issues with some pot light fixtures and he was able to isolate the problem and get us up and running. Would call again.

    Quality and friendly service

    They did a great job solving my electrical issue in a timely manner. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend and look forward to work with them in the future for my other properties.

    Very friendly and professional

    I thought I had short circuited an outlet in my apartment. Mark from Green Planet Electric was available for an appointment a couple of days later. It turned out that the problem was with the appliances I had plugged in, not the outlet. Mark showed me the voltage meter test and that there was nothing to worry about with the outlet. He didn't even charge for the visit!
