    Blown Breaker

    There was a short that we couldn't find no matter what we did, Mark came in did a good job of rerouting ,no complaints. In and out, simple no hassle.

    electrical shorting out outlets and lights

    From the moment Mark answered the phone I had a good feeling about him. I had some electrical outlets and lights that were malfunctioning, and he fixed them promptly. He was on time for the appointment and while speaking with him, I noticed he was very attentive. He doesn't rush and he gives his customers' their' time and he listens well. Mark is a very kind and honest man. And I'm happy to have found my new electrician for future jobs.

    Problem with sump pump

    I called Mark about a sump pump that did not work. Mark scheduled a visit for the next morning and arrived right on time. After a few minutes of checking the electric system in my house Mark showed me that the sump pump works perfectly, and that the problem was in the panel. He explained to me how to check the panel for this kind of problem, and then, to my surprise, said that he will not charge me for his visit. So Mark's visit was not only very beneficial (the sump pump is working now, and I even know what to do next time, in case something goes wrong), but also free. Mark was highly professional, very nice and helpful, and trustful. 10 stars!!!

    What I thought was a blown switch

    I called Mark to fix what I thought was a blown electrical switch, but it turned out to be something very simple. I appreciated his honesty in fixing the problem and not trying to make more of it to justify his time and charge more money. He came when he said he would and was a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely call him back and will recommend him to anyone.

    Electrical repairs in condo

    Mark was very professional, polite and arrived on schedule. He was able to promptly complete both repair jobs efficiently and at a reasonable cost, including one that another electrician had told me would be very expensive and require at least one full day's work. I would definitely contact Mark for any future electrical work I might have.

    A number of small jobs in our house and garage

    I called the company on a Thursday evening and was able to arrange a service call the next day. On time, courteous and efficient. I will use this company again.

    2 small electrical repairs

    Mark was prompt, professional, and pleasant. Most importantly he fixed the two small problems we had with a blown electrical socket and an electrical fan that kept tripping the fuse. We will definitely call him back should another problem arise.

    Kitchen plus extras

    We booked Mark due to his excellent reviews. We had lots of electrical done in the kitchen - including new and moved outlets, undercounter lighting, pot lights, pendant lights, ceiling lights plus new living room pots and celing light, new bathroom pendant., pot and celing, and new outlets in the laundry room... plus a few other things as well! Our home is totally spray foamed - wall and ceiling - but Mark got it all done by digging out spray foam or coming up with fixtures that would work! He also had to work around other contractors schedules that were not so flexible and had to move several lights after the fact ( we changed our minds on location and type of light) - to all he just smiled and said no problem. A very personable and professional guy!

    Electrical Projects

    I just moved into a house that had a whole variety of electrical jobs to be done - replacement light fixtures, things not working properly and perplexing electrical problems to be solved. I called Green Planet because of previous Homestars great reviews and they weren't kidding! Mark called ahead of his appointment to ensure he knew the lay of the land and arrived on time ready to work. He had all the tools in his belt, parts in his van and the knowledge in his head to tackle everything I threw at him first time! Mark was very professional, totally respected my home, was a real perfectionist about doing the job right and insisted on cleaning up after himself. I even learned a little during his time on the job. I felt in good hands and trusted him completely. You can too! I'm sure I'll have Green Planet Electric on my home maintenance team for some time.

    Kitchen renovation and circuit breaker installation

    I was looking for an electrician for our kitchen renovation and new circuit breaker installation. Mark responded promptly and professionally. He set up a meeting and priced out the work with a very short turn around time. Mark coordinated all permits and electrical shut down with the region and completed the panel work in a timely fashion. He went above and beyond in getting all of the new wires pulled and ready for the new kitchen installation - even with construction delays impacting him. I would definitely use Mark and Green Planet Electric again and would recommend him to anyone looking for an electrician!
