I met with Kurt back in October. He was professional, well spoken and clearly described the work that would be done. I was concerned that I would not be able to have my steps completed this season but Distinctive Designs delivered. They also cleaned up very well before leaving the job site. I would highly recommend Kurt and his team and would not hesitate to use them in again in the future.

Kurt and Team installed front walkway, raised garden bed & driveway in a unique design that matched the house and our personal taste perfectly! Kurt is very talented, patient and hard working and it’s reflected in his hardworking team. The job from start to finish took three days and the site was kept clean and tidy at the end of each day. We are very happy we chose Distinctive Designs to complete our project and would not hesitate to use this company again.

Absolutely Great landscaping team! Kurt and his crew did a fantastic job doing our front porch, walkway, backyard patio as well as deck. Took them a week a long, everything was on time and looks amazing and didn't have any issues with anything! Nothing but compliments from neighbours and friends, would definitely recommend him and his crew to anyone!

Kurt and his team are consummate professionals. They do fantastic work and stand behind the quality. They replaced our front steps and walkway, covered our front landing in stone, built-up new planters, removed and replaced our driveway, put flagstone walkway along the side and back of our house, did a new wooden landing and stairs at the side and back, and ran river rock down the other side of the house. They also re-sodded... so basically, 100-percent new landscaping around our house. Couldn't be happier with the work, and have already recommended them to my sister and brother-in-law as well as to a neighbour down the street.

Kurt was a great pleasure to deal with he was very knowledgeable, honest and definitely hard working. He and his crew did amazing work and completed the job in record time. They removed all the old patio stones, and old wood stairs, fully cleaning up the job site. The patio they created and stone stairs they installed are amazing and beautiful totally beyond anything I could have imagined. I cant say it enough how pleased I am with their work. I would highly recommend Kurt and his team for any landscaping job.

Kurt and his crew just recently installed our front walkway along with a garden wall, driveway boarder, armor stones and lighting. Their workmanship and clean up was fantastic. We are very pleased!! Here's our formula for how to review Kurt's work: Wait a few weeks until the newness wears off. Then, if every time you come home you stare at it while grinning from ear to ear- the finished product has to be fantastic. It is. Kurt is the type of contractor you HOPE to find. His creativity is blended perfectly with his practicality. We gave him a few basics of what we were looking for, and he simply took it from there. The final layout was his- and we love it. Our home isn't a mansion, but it's ours. And like many, are updating and upgrading. What Kurt did for our curb appeal is amazing and didn't break the bank. He even assisted with how to finish the gardens. But every contractor is only as good as his team. Trust me- his crew is fantastic. Their work is that of professionals- neat, clean, funny, and always respectful of your property. I cannot say enough about these guys other than to say Kurt sure knows how to pick 'em. Final words: We're so lucky we decided to go with DDL, and wouldn't even consider another contractor. A perfect job. 10/10. No, make it 11/10.

Kurt and his crew installed a huge backyard patio, a fire pit and stone steps leading down from our patio doors. They also re-graded and re-sodded our whole backyard. The results are amazing, and better than anything we could have expected. I think we have used our backyard more in the last couple of months than in the previous seven years. Kurt and his crew were professional, polite and a pleasure to deal with, and paid great attention to detail and cleaned up the work site at the end of every day. We are thrilled with the end result and can recommend him without reservation.

Kurt and crew did an awesome job on my backyard landscaping. My backyard was a complete mess and they dug up everything, took everything away, laid all brand new sod, and when they were done they even cleaned up my whole driveway. Everything was spotless,the work ethic these guys have and respect for your home is second to none truly an amazing company and i would not hesitate to refer them to anybody thanks again kurt looks amazing. My walkway is now finished and I'm beyond extremely pleased with the end result. The quality of workmanship is outstanding. My initial review was not too flattering, but ends up we simply had a communication problem.....Kurt called to meet with me, and then dropped by the house to explain what had happened. Kurt is a very personable, responsible, and skilled young man and his company does beautiful work. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this company to any of my friends and neighbors who were looking to do any landscaping work.
