    Professional, Efficient and Quality

    Very impressed with the quality of work, and the ability to complete caulking outside and inside on all windows and doors in approx. 4 hours. Clearly these guys know what they're doing and are very reasonable with their price (nearly half the price of some other quotes I received, and those didn't even include interior caulking!). Great job Michael and team!

    Whole home external and internal caulking

    Worth every penny, and more. Excellent customer service and timely professional delivery. Fair pricing, and great people! Team responded to my questions quickly, cleaned up mold on windows and completed all internal and external work seamlessly with no disruption to my home and toddler routine. Quality workmanship. Awesome company!

    Exterior Caulking of all Windows & Doors

    I called Gold Seal Caulking based on all the positive reviews here on Homestars. Michael responded quickly to my inquiry and the estimate he provided was very reasonable. The team did an excellent job removing and re-caulking all our doors, windows & vents and cleaned everything up before they left. I would highly recommend them and plan to use them again in the future!

    Gold Medal Performance by Gold Seal

    The team at Gold Seal did an excellent job in re-caulking all our windows, doors, vents, etc. It was a complete pleasure working with Michael and Gord, his thoughtful and knowledgable estimator. Their three man team (including Eddy) maintained great communication and left us entirely happy with their end-to-end service. I've already recommended their professional service to another friend!!! So good to see these nice gentleman efficiently succeeding with their helpful business.

    Exterior caulking

    After reading positive reviews on HomeStars for Gold Seal Caulking, I decided to obtain a quote. Now that the work is done, I felt I should provide a review! Michael was prompt at returning my e-mails and was always very professional. The work performed exceeded my expectations. He provided quality workmanship from application of the product, colour matching and clean-up after the work was completed. Michael was a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend Gold Seal Caulking to anyone.

    Exterior Caulking of Windows and Doors

    We are very pleased with the service provided by Gold Seal Caulking. We were looking for exterior caulking around our windows and doors replaced as a preventative measure for our house. After contacting Gold Seal Caulking, we promptly received a response, quote and dates for the work to be completed. Michael has excellent communication skills and was thorough to ensure we received the service we wanted. In particular, along with completing the work by the date agreed upon, I had inquired about colour matching having seen the work done by other companies. I was extremely pleased with the result! I also wish this company could expand to other contracting services (i.e. roofing, flooring, painting etc.) because this is how business should take place! We strongly recommend Gold Seal Caulking; they were a pleasure to work with.

    Outdoor Window Recaulking

    This week we had Michael out to our place to remove the old caulking around our windows and patio door and replace with new caulking. Michael went above our expectations and even caulked around pipes and vents, as well as patching a hole on one of our shingles that we didn’t even know was there. We are really impressed with the precision and neatness of the job. Michael was very thorough and left no mess behind. Overall, really happy with the work that was completed!

    Recaulking of outside windows, doors, enclosed porch and shower

    Michael and Gold Seal Caulking were highly recommended to me by one of the well known Masonry Contractors in Toronto. I didn't just take their word; I checked out the reviews on HomeStars as well to make certain. Michael was quick to respond; he listened patiently to my concerns and took the time to explain thoroughly what would be done. From start to finish Michael and his co-workers were polite, very accommodating and delivered a high quality and professionally detail oriented product at a very reasonable price. I do not have any reservations in highly recommending them for any caulking work that you may need done.

    Complete Caulking Around House

    I had my window sills replaced for all of my windows. At this point, I realized the caulking done by the window installers 3 years ago was starting to peel and shrink. It was clear that I needed to re-caulk all the windows at the very least. I decided to go with a professional company specializing in caulking to re-caulk all of my doors, windows, light fixtures, etc. Michael worked with me to co-ordinate the timing so that he'd come in right after the masonry company did their work. He did a fantastic job on the caulking itself. This is not the standard Home Depot stuff! I feel it was money well spent, and this will last several years. I have no concern of drafts or water penetration, as the caulk applied is a very thick bead. There was one area that needed to be re-done due to my family accidentally stepping on the doorway area before it was fully cured. Michael came back without a fuss and re-did the area with no extra charge.

    Caulking windows

    Michael was fast to come out and provide me with a quote, as well as responding to my inquiries. The crew did an excellent job and left the area clean and tidy when the left. I would highly recommend Gold Seal Caulking from the beginning to completion they exceeded my expectations! Thanks guys
