    Fantastic service

    I had Gold Seal do my home a few years back and I couldn't be more pleased. The service, care and attention to detail was amazing. They even came back to touch up a portion we accidentally touched. A home owners dream to work with. Highly recommended for your home caulking needs! Wish all contractors were like Mike!

    Ignorant

    I've hired this company a few times over the last 4 years, at great expense. It's like a slippery slope....they just get worse and worse. They can do a great job if they remember to show up, or if they actually finish it. Or if you can get him to ring you back, which is almost never. Save yourself a lot of frustration and avoid them. As you had stated, we have done a few jobs over the years - with complete satisfaction and no issues, which is why you had used our services for 4 years in a row. Your comment about "remembering to show up" and "actually finishing" is not true at all, I don't know why you would say this and if that was true why would you continue to work with us for 4 years without any issues at all. We have not done any projects with you in over 6 months. You have reached out to us recently to help with a new project which we have not quoted nor have we took on this new job. You seem to be upset at the fact we are unable to be there as quickly as you are requesting. We have over 100 positive reviews - these clients all state how we are responsive, provide a great service and are a complete pleasure to work with. We are proud of this, and I'm sorry that you felt obligated to write this review based on us not being able to provide a price for you on another project at the timeline you demanded. There is no attempt to offend or delay your request Michael. We value your business as we do that of clients that have a been pre-booked.     Re-caulking windows, doors and vents

    STOP shopping around, GOLD SEAL CAULKING is the ONLY company you need to call. I am very pleased with their work and professionalism. They went above and beyond the scope of the quote. They also replaced my deteriorated vents. All my windows, doors (and even my vents) look amazing. Unfortunately, due to all the rain we received this year the job was delayed a couple of times. HOWEVER, Michael was in constant contact with me updating the status. Thank you to Micheal and his crew for a fantastic job. It was a pleasure working with you.

    Interior and Exterior Home Caulking

    Mike and his crew did a fantastic job! They went above and beyond their requirements to ensure that we would have lasting and quality caulking. Notably, they found some leaks in our bathrooms and sealed it up for us despite it not being included in the quote. We are very impressed with their work. They were prompt, completed all the work on-time, and provided clear and understandable explanations throughout the process. The entire crew was professional, polite and very friendly - we were extremely impressed with their customer service. We would strongly and without reservation recommend Gold Seal Caulking to everyone!

    caulking

    Mike and his team are proficient and efficient in their work and I am glad to use their service. If my friends ever need their service, I will not hesitate to make a recommendation to them. I trust that the drafty air from the windows will be a thing of the past.

    SUPER JOB - ON TIME AND BUDGET

    Dealing with Gold Seal was a PLEASURE....Michael (a true skilled professional) replied promptly to my enquiry, the job was done on time (discounting the rain) and was completed efficiently with no mess or fuss. They worked independently and did my whole house in a few hours. I HIGHLY recommend Gold Seal Caulking.

    Exterior caulking

    Micheal and his team are the best! We replaced our windows last year and the new windows ended up being narrower leaving space between the brick and the new windows. Gold Seal did a wonderful job and I'm very happy with the final product. Additionally Micheal and his team are a pleasure to work with. I will only use them in the future!

    Exterior house caulking

    Michael and gold seal caulking did a fantastic job. Michael kept us informed every step of the project and it clearly shows based on the results. Highly recommended!!

    Re-caulking of our home

    Look no further if you want a professional to recaulk your home. Michael and his team do excellent work period. I don't write reviews but the work that was done on our home exceeded my expectations and I felt compelled to put forth a recommendation for Gold Seal Caulking. True professionals and quality work!
