We needed to replace our builder-grade countertop and install a backsplash in our kitchen. We reviewed different companies and decides to check out Rockstella based on their good customer reviews. We went to their store in Hamilton and spoke to Natallia. She was very pleasant and provided very clear answers to our questions. Natallia was knowledgeable about different materials and current trends. Her great customer service and willingness to answer our numerous questions, gave us confidence since our first interaction with Rockstella. She promptly scheduled an appointment for someone to come to our house and take measurements. He came on time and used advanced equipment to take measurements to precision for them to use in the manufacturing of the material and design we selected. The installation process was done shortly after by a very professional, friendly and capable crew. They were very easy to talk to and willing to listen and address questions/concerns. They did a great job aligning the slabs’ pieces for the counter and the backsplash. Overall we are very happy with their customer service and the quality of work they did. We highly recommend their services for anyone looking to get a company that takes pride of their work and pays attention to details to deliver a high quality precision work. Thank you Rockstella for helping us with our kitchen renovation we loved the result and very much enjoyed how smooth the whole process was.

Amazing company. Came and measured and installed countertops on a rush job basis at a few sites. Highly recommend. Workmanship is great as well.

Highly recommend Rockstella.Natallia always replied to any questions and was very informative.Cameron who came to measure was very accurate and the installation guys were careful and knowledgeable,even sanitizing everything they touched. Just love our new pass through island and will definitely use them again for the rest of the kitchen

We received quotes from 4 different companies for our kitchen countertop installation and Rockstella was by far the most competitive price. Combined with amazing reviews it was a simple choice to work with Natallia and team. We met with Natallia at the showroom and narrowed down our choices to 2 options. From there we went to the manufacturers showroom to finalize our choice. Once decided Natallia was able to provide a quote quickly and then finalize the contract. Installation day was exciting and the team took great care to install our countertop properly and to our satisfaction. Overall we're extremely satisfied and would definitely work with Rockstella again on any future renovation.

Two years ago (2019) when we were finishing our basement we were looking for countertops for the small basement kitchen. Found Rockstella on the Homestars and never regretted we choose them. Great service and good price! The work was done on time and with high quality.
