I had hail damage that required replacing the shingles. After scouting out quotes, the Roof Hospital and one other company were kind enough to do a quote for me. What set the two companies apart was the attention to detail paid to assessing the roof from inside and out and the ability to answer my questions to my satisfaction. The quote was competitive and the turnaround time to completion of work exceeded my expectations. Throughout the project planning and execution, I had good communications with the project team; any issues I had were noted and addressed. Good job, Nigel & Tom! I would highly recommend this company for anyone's roofing needs.

After meeting with different roofing companies we decided to hire The Roof Hospital. Since the very first meeting till the last day when Eric came to do the final inspection, The Roof Hospital showed great professionalism, dedication, commitment and best of all, the best customer service in Canada. We were pleasantly surprised by how well organized Eric is, in presenting all the options, explaining all the work, and answering each and every one of our questions. In a timely manner, he provided us with copies of all documents we asked for (i.e. business license, proof of insurance, WCB clearance letter, warranty, references). Every day after finishing the work day, the crew left the surroundings clean and organized. Eric came daily to inspect the work performed and to make sure it was done properly. His crew did an excellent job and the roof looks awesome. We recommend The Roof Hospital to anyone expecting an excellent quality job from a serious company. Thanks Eric!

They were very accommodating and did a great job. They followed up with me after the work for feedback. I had the supervisors cell phone number to contact him at anytime.

We got our roof done about 1 year ago after a large hailstorm and we got the greatest deal because of the natural weather disaster! $500 dollars! They did an AMAZING job, absolutley no problems and we get compliments on it. The workers were very kind and hard working and got it done in around 3 days! The only bad thing was that they left a bit of old roof pieces around but then cleaned it right up once we mentioned it! Our roof was a disaster and really looked like garbage, but now, our house looks brand new! i LOVE it and i reccomend anyone to go with Roof Hospital!

Had to get the roof outside and inside our master bedroom which was damaged from the moisture from washroom. the vent had leakage and Alex from Roof Hospital gave a very detailed Quote to understand the minute details. While fixing they went the extra yard by insulation a portion which wasn't done so previously. Great service and very processional in whatever they do. Always recommend. Thanks.

Can't speak highly enough about Roof Hospital & Eric Gilbert. Had Roof replaced about 16 months ago, absolutely no problems whatsoever. Extremely professional in every sense of the word. Crew that did the job was excellent. Work was completed as described, on time, with no surprises. they even did some minor additional repair work on some siding issues at no extra cost. Highly recommend Eric and his team. Stands proudly behind his service and work and rightfully so. After some other negative experience with Calgary based contractors/home repair outfits, Roof Hospital rekindled my faith that there are still some good companies out there... Only wish that they did other type of home repair as well, I use them for everything if I could. Thanks Eric!

We needed a new roof on our house, and obtained three quotes for three different roofing materials, The Roof Hospital immediately impressed us with their knowledge, professional attitude, and the service that they offered. They arrived on time, were polite and cheerful, and all through the process they kept us informed of developments and problems that they encountered. They found faults in our roof's substructure left by previous roofing companies, and fixed them quickly and effectively. they made suggestions that saved us money, and trouble down the road. After the job was complete we were invited to inspect the roof, and they took photos during the entire process showing what they had done to correct the faults they had found. I cannot recommend them highly enough for their courtesy and professionalism.
