    Eavestrough and Downpipes

    I delayed writing the review as the install was in December 2015 and I wanted to ensure that the gutters were properly tested prior to giving my recommendation. To start, I’ve had a number of installers at my home for various projects, including a not so smooth roof replacement just prior to calling Century Aluminum for eavestroughs, so I was a little apprehensive of what I might be getting into. As it turns out I had nothing to worry about. Through my first contact with Gary and Dorian, all the way through quote, install and a few minor changes, Century was professional, courteous and responsive. I had a number of quotes and found Century to be competitive. The install (large fully detached house) was done over 2 half days (afternoon and next morning) while I was at work. The worksite was always kept clean and the end results were fantastic. They took into consideration my requests for respect my neighbor's property, to the point that my neighbors actually came by to mention how professional they were. After 6 months I can say the work they have done has stood up and I no longer have any issue with standing water or overflow. Absolutely would recommend for eavestrough and downpipes.

    Siding

    I've been meaning to write this review as Gary was excellent to deal with right from the beginning. We discussed a few options over email and then when I wanted to review the colour options he personally dropped off samples. The work was great, the team showed up when they said they would and got the job done!

    Gutters Replaced

    We needed all of our gutters replaced and are very happy we went with Century Aluminum. It was a pleasure working with the team, they were on time, courteous, professional and we were kept in the loop each step of the way. We are very pleased with the job done and would highly recommend Century Aluminum!

    A conscientious, reliable company.

    As a new member to HomeStars, I am a little late with this review. Last fall (2015), we had all new soffit, fascia, eavestrough and downpipes installed on our home by Century Aluminum. We have only excellent comments to make about this company and would highly recommend them. All members of the team are courteous, conscientious, skillful and efficient. This is a very ethical company and they stand by their work. Thank you to Gary and all of your great team!

    Soffit, fascia, eavestrough/downpipes, siding

    This year we decided to give our century old house a "facelift" and we were looking for someone to help us to do it. We have contacted few companies (all had great reviews too), but only Gary has provided us with a competitive quote and was always very efficient in coming back with the answers to questions that we had -and we had a lot of them :) I'm sure it was time consuming, but Gary not only answered all of them but he did it very fast too. He made sure that the scope of work was correct and complete and did tell us that until we were completely satisfied with the work done the job was not considered finished. And we are very satisfied! Guys finished everything in less than 4 days, they did marvelous job - everything looks great, done with a brilliant attention to detail and excellent workmanship, the site was left clean. The crew was very efficient and friendly, they even helped our elderly neighbour with something that she needed to be fixed, something small, but it speaks volumes about the crew's professionalism and friendly demeanour. We would not hesitate to recommend Century Aluminum to anyone, great company that produced a great result and was very easy to deal with! Our old house has an excellent curb appeal now. Thank you very much to Gary and everyone at Century Aluminum!

    Eavestrough & leafguard system installation

    We found Century Aluminum (Gary) was very responsive to our inquiry for coming to our house and to provide a quote for us. The email communication was excellent and the quoted price VERY reasonable. The installers showed up on time; they were friendly, polite and know what they are doing to perform their job; after completing the job, they cleaned up the site. The overall experience with this company was very smooth from start to finish; highly recommended and we will hire them again to do any aluminum job for us in the future. Thanks Gary and your team; now we have a good looking eavestrough on our house again!

    Siding, edge drip

    I really felt like Gary, Dorian James & André worked hard to please, and were very patient with my many questions and concerns. I am very happy with the service received.

    Great service

    Guys did a great job more than two years ago and now when I needed a piece of a downspout for my spout disconnect not only Gary gave me large piece for free but delivered right in to my porch. If this is not a sign of a excellent work, what is? Thank you Gary and your Crew! I highly recommend this firm.

    New Eaves Installation

    Gary and his team did a great job from initial quote, pre-work inspection, actual job, to post job followup every stage was professionally handled. Such positive end-to-end customer service experience was not expected from a home service company. Keep up the good work and would recommend them to everyone. Thank you,

    Replacement eavestrough

    Gary and his team did a great job. Wouldn't even know they had been there (other than our rain no longer spills over the eaves onto the ground below)! Century Aluminum was responsive, easy to deal with, and did the job at a very good price. Would recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!
