I submitted a form on their site during a weekend in late April or early May and called to leave a voicemail just to make sure they would call me back and book an estimate with me, since I was in dire need of gutter replacement and anticipated a lot of rain after our long and brutal winter and late spring. On the following Monday they replied and booked the earliest time they could come visit. I wouldn’t be at home and gave them authorization to enter my property and do what they had to do. They measured (accurately, in comparison to others) and took pictures which were used later in describing some changes they recommended and to assure complete understanding and agreement. I had two other visits with decent, reputable companies and in the end chose Century Aluminum because there was something about their approach, the way they spoke with me, the extra visit to explain the changes they were recommending and yet another extra visit to drop off colors so we would be completely secure knowing we were making the right choice. Their price was also very competitive and they promised to help me with my rain barrel as well. They promised a 3 week lead time and that’s exactly what I got – we booked a date and they arrived on the date promised and on time. They even came back the next day to do an extra I requested and then once I was completely satisfied, I paid them. The owners or managers were experienced, friendly, trustworthy and the crew was careful and meticulous and they cleaned up very nicely too. We’ve been getting compliments ever since and it feels great knowing I picked the right company. It’s been a few weeks since the work was done and I’m very happy. I am completely satisfied with my experience with Century Aluminum and highly recommend them to anyone considering their services.

I just wanted to send a quick thank you to the team at Century Aluminum. They did a great job, and at a fair price. Due to my work schedule, I wasn't able to be around for the quoting or work, but Gary was more than accomodating. They came in and provided a fair estimate to repair some damage to a downspout, but with dented 30+ year old eaves, I opted to instead to have the whole house redone. When I got home that night after the work was completed, I couldn't have been more pleased. Not only do my new eaves look great, but they left my property in perfect condition. You would never even know they had been there! Thanks again Gary and team!

My husband and I decided we needed to replace our downspouts and gutters when one of our downspouts rusted and fell off completely. We emailed Gary (after finding Century Aluminum on Homestars) who was very quick to respond and who was also very flexible in catering to our schedule. They also had the most reasonable pricing as compared to the 4 other estimates we had done. On the day of the workorder, the workers arrived early and were done in about 3 hours. They were very polite and took the time to explain all they did and answer all of my questions. The gutters look great and overall, my husband and I are happy with the experience we had from start to finish.

Century Aluminum replaced my eavestroughs and downpipes earlier in the winter when the ground was covered with two feet of snow and ice. They promised to come back to adjust the downpipes to ground level in late spring after the snow had melted. I thought I would have to chase them back later on for the adjustment since I already paid in full. To my surprise Gary conscientiously followed up and as soon as the snow melted his team came back and adjusted all the downpipes. With such good service, no wonder they have such good reviews on Homestars. Their prices are also very fair. I later decided to change one section of my soffits which had a lot of ivy marks. I sent a photo to Gary showing the new eavestroughs he installed against the old soffits so that he could match the new soffit colour to the section of old soffits which would not be changed. He matched it perfectly from just looking at the photo! That's experience! Novi and Bob did a really good job. Their workmanship was great and they left my place spotlessly clean. What a great team they are!

This company is excellent! I recently had to have my eaves trough and downspout replaced. I called Century Aluminum and spoke to Gary who came to look at it the same day. We discussed options and he was extremely polite and knowledgeable- also very patient with my indecision. The installers arrived on time and were efficient and courteous.The quote provided was the exact price in the end and the cost was very reasonable. After the first heavy rainfall, everything was working as it should. I highly recommend this company.

Not having any money to spare I vetted this job with SIX companies (!) Not only was Century Aluminum's by far the most reasonable quote (it sent me back here to check the reviews, it was so much less!) but Gary immediately impressed me with his professionalism and character. The job went off in a single day without a hitch, and his team performed to the highest standards. The first big rain since the job just swept through and I'm pleased to report the new troughs to be functioning exactly as they should. Bravo and kudos to Gary and his team. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We wanted all our house soffits changed to vented soffits to improve attic ventilation. Gary provided a reasonable estimate and scheduled our job promptly. The soffit installers Shawn and Grady were punctual, professional, friendly, and cheerfully went out of their way to make sure the job and every detail was to my satisfaction. Clean up afterwards was excellent. I would highly recommend Century Aluminum.

Century Aluminum replaced all of our eavestroughs and downspouts and added leaf guards. We were very happy with the work they did. Their prices are competitive and they have excellent customer service. We found everyone to be very polite and pleasant to work with. We asked the installation team to make a change to one of the eavestroughs after they had packed up their equipment and they did so without complaint.

Gary and his team were very professional and very competitive in their pricing. The guys did a good job replacing the eaves, down pipes, and fascia. Unfortunately, towards the end of the day, the rain started to come down hard and it was not possible to complete all the work the same day. They came back a few days later to finish caulking around the garage, but there was still some garbage left over on the walkways and the grass from the old eaves. After Gary followed up to see if everything was good, I explained that there appeared to be at least one scratch on the new eaves and there was still some stuff that needed to be cleaned up (I hadn't got around to cleaning it up myself). Gary had someone come back to repair the scratches and they also cleaned up the walkways around the house. Century Aluminum made a real effort to make sure that everything was satisfactory.

I can't recommend Gary and his team highly enough! They replaced our eaves, downspout and a soffit. The team was professional, helpful, and did a great job with no complaints, despite a tricky run which involved them having to crawl under our cramped front porch! Gary was incredibly communicative via email, keeping us posted regarding the crew's arrival and letting us know early the morning of our first appointment that they would have to reschedule due to weather, and rescheduling promptly. We recommended Century to friends doing a renovation and they were also incredibly impressed with Gary and his team. I wish that there were more people with Gary's awareness of how much difference this level of customer service makes!
