    Eavestrough replacement & downspout disconnection

    Gary & co. were very responsive through the entire job process, which was one of the main reasons I selected them although they were the highest of several quotes we solicited to replace our eaves and disconnect the downspouts. The estimator was very thorough, everyone showed up on time and the work was done quickly. There was some mess left over, so I called them about it. They came over to clean up within 48 hours although by that point it had rained and some of the mess had washed away. A few weeks later, a heavy rainstorm demonstrated that one section of eaves was not sloped properly, but they came by promptly and we haven't had any problems since. I would hire them again and recommend them without hesitation.

    Eavestrough and Fascia Repair

    I contacted Gary via e-mail and he was able to give me a quote based on the photos I sent him. The quote was the most reasonable I had received compared to others. There was fascia and eavestrough damage to the corner of my garage roof. I told Gary I was in no rush for the repair but within two weeks of giving me my quote, Gary sent someone to examine and match the colors and a few days later the roof was repaired! It looks fantastic and I'm extremely happy with Gary and his team. Gary was easy to get a hold of; very speedy with his email responses and phone calls. I would recommend Century Aluminum to anyone in the future in need of repairs. Great work and speedy service at a very fair cost. Thanks Gary!

    Roofing and Siding

    Gary and his team were amazing to work with. His quote was very well priced and the quality of the work was excellent given the price paid. I did have some challenges throughout the job but Gary was absolutely committed to ensuring any issues were resolved to my complete satisfaction. I am truly amazed and the efforts Gary put forward to make sure I was happy with the final product. Both the roofing and siding crews lead by Altin and Sean were great to work with and they were happy to walk me through any part of the job as it was being completed. The aluminum crew even came back after the job was complete for some additional window capping and downspout adjustments at no cost. Overall a great experience.

    Eavestroughs and downpipes

    Great job! Great service! Thank you. I have to admit that it took me longer to get to the web and write this review than Century Aluminum to do the whole project. I called several companies. Century Aluminum was among the companies who replied my message (not all did). They scheduled estimation in couple of days and actually came that day (not all did). Dorian was very knowledgeable, discussed different options. The quote was sent next day and it was good price, really competitive. Gary coordinated it from this point. The best part, they were able to come and do the job within the same week. And it was middle of August, very busy season. The team came, confirmed couple of things like length and direction of downpipes. We left to work and when we came we had new eavestroughs and downpipes done and everything is exceptionally clean around the house. Great!!! Thank you, Irina and Mikhail.

    Eavestrough replaced

    Needed to have eaves replaced, since I had a problem with water coming into the basement. Got quotes from a few companies and Gary's quote was very reasonable. Communicated with Gary via email to confirm several details. Installers showed up on the date scheduled and the work was done in a timely manner. The installers did a great job overall. Will definitely recommend Century Aluminum to friends, family and neighbours.

    divert downspouts, repair existing

    First of all, Gary responded promptly to my queries (majority did not even bother to respond). He was professional, punctual and knew what he was talking about. The workmen showed up as scheduled and cleaned up the area they worked. There was one area that needed re-doing and Gary was super about getting hold of me, arranging a convenient time and ensuring it was done to our satisfaction. Gary was excellent about following up and communicating with us. Thanks Gary and crew!

    Eavestrough

    I was very happy and impressed with Gary and this crew, they were very polite, knowledgeable and clean when it came to the service I needed. They did a fantastic job on my eavestroughs and I'm very happy with the work.

    Install new aluminum soffit/fascia, and add additional ventilation

    When we purchase our home several years ago it still had the original wood soffiting. The material was beginning to chip away in areas so we decided to replace this year. Gary's team completed the job as promised. Provided a quote in advance after a site visit, and scheduled the appointment soon after agreement. The job looks great.

    Aluminum soffit, fascia, eaves and flashing

    We came to know Gary and his team from Century because they were installing aluminum on our neighbour's home and they left a business card in our door noticing we were undergoing a major renovation/full gut and addition on our home. Quite often business cards from various contractors are left on our property and we are skeptical because we have not had a lot of success with these companies, nor are they very professional. Century was a complete anomaly. Not only was Gary and his team extremely professional and efficient in their work, their goal is to ensure the customer is 100% satisfied with the work prior to payment - another rarity with contractors these days. Century clearly lived up to this goal and was an absolute pleasure to deal with in every aspect of the job from the quoting phase to completion and even after the fact Gary has been extremely responsive to our additional requests such as extra spray cans of paint in our aluminum colour. With the number of contractors we have had work on our house, we can honestly say without conviction that Century was #1 in service and quality.

    Total eavestrough replacement

    Its rare to find a company that actually does what they promise , and Century Aluminum is that company . A friend recommended them . Dorian come over for an estimate , explaining the job in detail . He was great to deal with as was the rest of the crew. They where extremely efficient and professional and my new eavestrough look great and i couldn't be happier with their work. I would and will highly recommend Century Aluminum .
