    New Water softener and water filter

    Contacted Watermart based on the good reviews here on Homestars. I was NOT disappointed from the first interaction with DONNA at their office, and the Technician - KEN - who installed our new system. Our system included a CLACK Water Softener as well as a water filtration system inside the softener that reduces metals and chlorine + a sediment filter. We've had the system operational for about 2 weeks now and I notice our water is clearer, tastes better and is definitely "softer". Donna followed up after the installation and also sent me documentation for the products we purchased. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend WATERMART anytime!

    water filter replacement

    Zia is an excellent technician and was able to replace the filter as well as bring the high water pressure to our attention. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Would definitely recommend.

    5-Stage Water Filtration System

    We have used Watermart fro our 5-stage water filtration system for about 7 years now. They service the system once a year. They are always professional and knowledgable. Ken has been doing our service for the last couple of years and he is a doll, a real keeper! Watermart has proven to be reliable and dependable. I trust them with our family's water needs.

    Reverse osmosis filtration system is filter switch and install hot water tank

    Awesome ppl and service Awesome follow up, good people They care, and they are great to work with Genuine and honest, highly recommended for anything to do with water filtration system.

    Water Softener and RO System

    The WaterMart sales and install staff were extremely friendly and professional. The Water Softener and RO system was installed in our basement and kitchen in a timely manner and we were given an explanation on how everything works. Very happy with the quality of the products and the installation.

    First Experience with Water Filtration Systems - Amazing service!

    We recently purchased a home that had a reverse osmosis system as well as a water softener, and I did not have any experience with either. Over a holiday weekend I submitted the form on the Watermart website asking for information on maintenance for these systems. First thing the next business day Donna gives me a call, explains everything, provided me with maintenance brochures for both systems, and sets me up for a maintenance call in 2 days. A great start! George arrived onsite and did a fantastic job. He took his time to answer my questions, optimize the settings on the softener, and proceeded to sterilize and change the filters on the reverse osmosis system. He even made the tubing neater and mounted the system to the side of the cabinet to give us more room under the sink. I was extremely satisfied, and the price was very reasonable. Over the course of the next few days I noticed a very minor leak on two of the fittings for the reverse osmosis system (not a Watermart system). I sent Donna a quick email, Mike got on a call with me to troubleshoot, and in the end George was able to come by the same day and correct the issue within 10 minutes, and at no charge. Mike followed up a few days later to ensure I was completely satisfied. From start to finish the experience with Watermart was excellent. It is rare to find a company that is easy to communicate with, does outstanding work, charges a reasonable fee, stands behind their service, and goes above and beyond to ensure the customer is happy. I will be their client for life!

    Water Softener Purchase and Installation

    Watermart was great to deal with and answered my questions about water softening very well. George came by and did a great job installing the softener. He was very quick and took the time answer all my questions.

    Water Softener & Reverse Osmosis

    I recently had Jorge in to install a Water Softener and Reverse Osmosis machine and we're extremely satisfied with the whole process. Donna was great at providing quotes and all the services provided. Jorge was on site to do the install itself and he's great. Very professional, polite and clean. I would highly getting Watersmart.

    Water filter RO
