Watermart is an amazing company with alot of wonderful people who work there my mother has a filter with your company and she has nothing but nice things to say about the technicians who service her system once a year I would highly recommend this Company to everyone and anyone 10stars forsure.

Justin came by to perform our first annual filter replacement on our reverse osmosis system. He was professional and courteous. Got the job done quick and walked me through the system checklist to make sure I'd understood how to get the best possible water out of it. Thank you Justin!

Super happy with our new water filtration system! Everyone I spoke with was super friendly - from booking the appointment to the installer. The price was laid out ahead of time, although the cost of the faucet wasnt included and also wasnt mentioned until the installer arrived. Not a huge deal, and it did depend on which faucet I chose ($160), but would have been nice to be told that up front. The installer was professional, friendly, and efficient, doing the full install in only 1.5 hours, which included drilling through our quartz countertop. They wore a mask, cleaned up after themselves, and clearly explained how everything works.

We moved to a new home and needed some water filtration help. I first spoke with Donna, she was very pleasant to speak with. She was very informative and knowledgeable. Within a week or so we had George, the installer over. George was also very pleasant, he was on time and very polite. He left the house in prestine condition.

We have been using Watermart for the last 5 years and we are extremely satisfied with their management and service. Today, we had a new technician, Justin D, and he was very thorough and communicated the issues with our system very well. We look forward to having him as our regular technician in the future.
