    water filters

    Such a knowledgeable company -- and one who cares! I've been with them for years and wouldn't dare go anywhere else! I just said to Scott - though you only come once a year - it's like you're family - he always does such a great job. Linda in the office - will really go the extra mile for you. She listens to what you want and follows up to make sure all is done right... which it always is! Bravo to a company who cares - about their work and their clients!

    Water Filter Change

    Linda and Scott from Watermart are always professional, reasonable and reliable. My mother-in-law recommended them a year ago and I'm glad we used Watermart for our Water Filtration System needs.

    watermart to change filters

    Scott was very efficient, polite, knowledgeable and prompt. Could not ask for better. He was also very tidy , came very equipped. I will definitely have him return next year.

    Water filtration system

    Based on very positive Homestars reviews, my partner and I selected Watermart to install a water purification system last year. The installer, Scott, was punctual, pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable. This year, Scott returned to replace the filters. He also went above and beyond the original scope of the work: he replaced the water hook up line to our fridge (which another contractor had installed incorrectly). Thanks, Scott and Watermart for the clean water and the excellent service.

    Water Filter System

    Scott did an amazing with servicing our water filter system He arrived on time. He was friendly and thorough. He was explicit with the instructions about what measures that had to be taken after his departure, hence the reason for us always requesting him to service our system. Thanks for an excellent job Scott.

    VitaTech Water system installation

    Scott installed our new water system. He was amazing. He came on time, completed the install in a professional manner, clean up after himself and took the time to thoroughly explain the system. Scott was very friendly and polite. What a nice guy!

    Water purification filter & membrane replacement

    Always when June rolls around I get a call from Watermart to replace the year-old filters (and every three years, the membrane) of our under-counter reverse osmosis water filtration system, as well as our shower head filter. Ron (in 2012, 2013) and Scott (in 2011, 2014) always aim to show up promptly and are personable and respectful (e.g. taking off shoes prior to entry). They also aim to educate customers on the functioning of the RO filters, e.g. demonstrating the type of residue that accumulates by showing an old filter/membrane next to the new/replacement one. It is not often that I look forward to the appearance of a handyman to our home, but I appreciate Watermart's service and staff very much and am happy to recommend them to anyone with water purification needs.

    reverse osmosis filter change

    I had Ken come by and change my filter. I would really like him to get recognized for his amazing work efforts. He is really professional and super helpful. Not only did he clean out the bottom of my sink, but he organized when he put everything back. I was also 15 min late because of traffic and he waited patiently for me to come home. Which yes means he was exactly on time for my scheduled call?!! how many service guys are ever on time??? they are usually always late. It was soo refreshing to have Ken .

    water treatment system for cottage

    WaterMart provided a compact under-sink water treatment system for our cottage. They were very easy and courteous to deal with, answered all our questions and concerns, even over the phone when we installed the system at our cottage. I would recommend their products and services without hesitation.

    Reverse Osmosis Maintenance

    We have been using Watermart for over 30 years for both our business and home systems.We are completely satisfied with both their products and service. Today Ken changed and cleaned our home system. He was prompt, courteous, very pleasant and attentive,leaving us with excellent instructions and a smile!
