    Softener and drinking water system installations

    Thanks Dave for being patient on the phone and being responsive to my questions (via e-mail). I appreciate your honesty and straight-forwardness. Much appreciated. Job was professionally completed and a very satisfied customer :)

    Service of our drinking water system

    I love the reminder call each year! It really feels like we have been taken care of even after our initial purchase. Your customer service is out of this world!! Ken was so patient both with the state of my kitchen in the middle of the day and the curiosity of our two kids about what he was doing. All of my interactions with WaterMart have been pleasant, professional and generous. I feel very taken care of by your customer service, from the reminder phone call through to the follow-up instructions after the filter is changed! Everything is clear and you do what you say you will do, no shortcuts!

    RO System with Ph booster service

    I really appreciate the follow up to book the service appointment when the filters are due for changing. Always professional and helpful - this is why we came back to you when we moved and needed a new system.

    Water Filtration System

    We would highly recommend this extremely efficient Company. Since WaterMart's initial installation 12 years ago of our home water filtration system, we have been using WaterMart for our annual maintenance and the occasional upgrade. Ron just did an amazingly quick and competent job of replacing our filters and making sure our home filter system is in tip top shape. He is always predictably on schedule, friendly, calm and courteous! Our experience with WaterMart has been totally trouble-free. A great Company !

    Service call - filter chage

    David, Scott and the team at Watermart provide a great service. They are flexible to accomodate service calls and their onsite service is professional, friendly and always well done. We have confidence in the product and the service we receive and highly recommend Watermart.

    Installation of water softener and drinking water system

    I appreciate all of the information provided, honesty from everyone and patience with answering my many questions. Ron is very friendly and explained the set up of the system. It's clear he knows what he's doing and takes away any concerns I may have.

    Drinking water system service

    The staff at Watermart have always been very pleasant and helpful. Ken (our service technician) was courteous and professional. Thank you for the great service over the years. I have recommended Watermart to several people and would not hesitate to do so again.

    Water filter service

    The man i spoke with on the phone to set up the technician was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated that we could get someone in on the same day! Thank you! Ken was great! Very professional and friendly. He explained the issues with our filtration system and fixed everything up very quick!

    Water system service

    Great guy! I was having a conf. call (on my cell phone at home) when he arrived. Once he realized that, he just kept quiet and worked away and left the bill and the check-list in the kitchen counter and left; all done very quietly. I didn't even notice that he's already done and gone after I finished with my conf. call. and the kitchen was left in exactly the same state as before. Thumbs UP!
