    Replacement windows

    Very pleased with the results. The salesman that dealt with us new his product well, explained the details, and answered our questions, without hesitation and to our satisfaction. Never once did he discuss the competitors that provided us with quotations. I thought that was very classy. Installation: perfect. The installers were polite, efficient and finished quickly. We live in an older home and the results were better than expected. Our next project is our sun room, that's scheduled for next year....and yes it will be Eco Choice. One other thing....their price, and terms were much, much better than any of the competitors we had quote on our project. I still can't get over how painless this whole thing was.

    Great job

    We recently bought 7 windows and a patio door and had them installed by Eco Choice. Terry was very helpful in giving us information to make our selections. Alex was the main installer. He was very efficient and friendly. The windows look great and everything was cleaned up afterwards. Thanks Eco Choice for making our experience great.

    New Front Door

    My very old home needed a new door and frame. The workers came and took their time and installed the new frame and door and it looks incredible. They were clean ,efficient and new what to do with our old house. Couldn't be happier.

    Well Satisfied

    The salesman who came to my house to give me a quote was well informed, listened to our needs and worked with us to fit our budget. He was not pushy or anxious to make a sale like the three quotes I got prior to him. Install day went very smooth, installers showed up on schedule. Attention to detail was not missed at all and they cleaned up after. I will certainly use this company again!!

    Window replacement

    The Good: Terry was a great sales person and provided great suggestions. Took his time to speak to us and explain options. The end results is great and we're happy with the new windows. The Not So Good: Project management and communication between the sales and replacement dates was not good. Had to follow up multiple times to set a dates, get updates, and confirm order. The were very responsive once I followed up. Not a big deal but could have been better.

    Full Window Replacement

    Very happy with the service and product from Eco-Choice. They replaced our sliding glass patio door with new french doors, and replaced all windows in the house. From the initial consultation, through various visits, to the installation and post-installation care, Terry Brown was top-notch, always attentive, and very responsive. The finished product looks great! Highly recommend.

    Changing all windows at our bungalow

    This was our first renovation project: changing all the windows at our 50 years old bungalow. The Eco Choice Windows and Doors team worked together to bring our ideas and project to light: Alan, Ken and finally Urii the technician who took proper measurements and completed the installation. Juri is very friendly, approachable, worked throughout the two days to remove old windows, dispose them and installed the new one. Juri paid attention to details, showed us how to use and maintain each kind of the window. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you Alan, Juri, Ken & Melissa. Alma Disha

    Windows and Front door

    EXCEPTIONAL customer care and service! From the minute Gabriel walked in, we knew we didnt need to look any further. He met and exceeded our expectations as he guided and coached us with every decision, offering his heart felt opinion and expertise. His team of installers were polite, courteous, tremendously efficient and meticulously thorough. We just adore our new windows and front door!     Bedroom window replacement

    Our upstairs bedroom windows were old and let in drafts. We contacted Eco choice because they had replaced some of our other windows with them a few years ago. Eco choice were very friendly and professional. Everything was quick, easy and convenient. I would highly recommend them to everyone. You can notice a difference immediately

    Window replacement and new build

    We are a contractor in the GTA and only trust Gabriel from EcoChoice for all of our window and door needs. We have used EcoChoice for our clients on new construction homes (window supply only) as well as on our own home for supply and install. I have also referred family friends to EcoChoice and will continue to do so without hesitation. The windows are excellent quality and are manufactured to perfection for ease of install on these homes. They are not builder grade windows but rather high quality custom windows fit to your specifications. The prices are reasonable considering what you get for your money and the energy saved by replacing your builder grade windows with high quality ones such as these. I will also say that Gabriel is easy to talk to in the case that something isn't quite right or to your liking - or even if you just have questions about something. Misunderstandings can happen but what sets them apart from many other companies in the construction industry is that they listen and are able to rectify your issues in a prompt manner. Thank you for another job well done!
