    2 new exterior doors

    We worked with Gabriel from Eco Choice, when choosing our doors. He was patient and very helpful. He was even accommodating when we wanted to change the color of the doors. When it was time to install the doors, the guys worked quickly and cleanly. the doors are amazing and brighten up our home.

    Front door replacement

    Great pre- and post-sales service from Eco Choice. Gabriel was prompt in answering questions and proposing a door solution which met my objectives. Manufacturing stayed relatively on-schedule, and Alex did a fantastic job on the installation . Eco Choice has been available over the past months for follow-up questions as needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Eco Choice for your door needs! Project: 8-foot modern door with side-lights (glass)

    Prompt and Professional

    Their estimate was reasonable and in line with others but they were much better at explaining what they were going to do and they came twice to ensure they had accurate measurements. They were also very prompt in answering any follow up email questions. They guys who did the installing were very exacting and professional and everything looks great. I would not hesitate to recommend Eco Choice!

    Window installation

    I want to thank the guys from Eco Windows. They did a great job. Very efficient and clean. Very nice guys to work with. The installation crew work very quick, even in the snow. Sorry guys, I cant control the weather. At least it stopped while you were cleaning up. Thanks again Cheers

    Kitchen window and sliding door replacement

    As part of our kitchen renovation, it was the perfect time to get a new kitchen window and new sliding door. Eco Choice was able to provide a cost estimate immediately and sent someone to measure the door and window to confirm the appropriate sizes were ordered. Upon installation, everything went smoothly and we are very happy with our new window and sliding door. The entire process was easy and they were true professionals throughout the process. I would not hesitate to recommend Eco Choice!

    Patio Door

    This is such an incredible company! Honest and reliable! We got 3 quotes from 3 different companies and one gave me a really bad feeling, the other was fine but quoted us more than we wanted to pay. The guys who installed our door went above and beyond. When they took the old door out, the subfloor was completely rotted at either side! They cut out the rotted part, pulled out some bad insulation and spray foamed to replace the bad insulation. They worked SO FAST, but man did they do an incredible job! I’ve never seen such perfect caulking! I can’t believe they also redid all our trim around the door! They were very friendly, efficient, and are clearly very experienced!! I would never hire anyone else! True value for your money!

    New kitchen windows

    We were very happy with Eco Choice Windows and Doors. They were easy to reach and friendly. We're happy with the quality of windows and would happily use them again.

    Replaced windows

    Everything from the consultation to the end of the project was fantastic. The installation lead was great at communicating the realities of the process and the outcome was exactly what we expected. The follow up call completed a great overall experience!

    Old house, new windows, job well done.

    Eco Choice replaced four windows for us, in our draughty old downtown Kitchener century home. I really appreciated their attention to detail and ensure good fit and finish on the job. My only complaint was around communication— when the installation was rescheduled due to illness, I did not hear any further confirmation from the head office, and the installers did not have a working cell phone at which I was able to reach them during the day (we took our kids out to avoid them getting in the way). Overall, though, very happy with the work and would definitely recommend.
