My windows were the builder's default ones and they were leaking cold air into the room (able to feel draft near the window). Also the gas in between the 2 panes have leaked out as well because there were condensation in between. I called Eco-windows and Gabriel was very professional on explaining how the new windows is better than the current. I thought the price was reasonable as well. I replaced 4 windows in 2 rooms. 2 in the bathroom, 2 in bedrooms. I am very happy with the replacements as they are high quality. Also they use normal fibre class insulation and then another layer of foam insulation where my old windows only had the foam. The clean up job was fairly decent, there were some small pieces of scraps left but I don't expect everything to be picked up. Overall, a very positive experience and I am very satisfied with the quality of the windows.

The great team at the Eco Choice installed a new front entry door. We are really impressed with the level of customer service right from the initial consultation, they took the time to explain all the options and the benefits. Our installer Andrey was hard working, and professional.

Great job Eco-Choice. Quality products - certainly notice the difference! Goods delivered and installed on time and as promised. Even replaced some damaged moulding on the front door at no cost. The windows for the rest of the house are next. See you again this summer.

Windows installed in Fall of 2013. We got quotes from 10 different window installation companies, and ultimately we went with EcoChoice. Their quote wasn't the lowest or the highest, we chose them because the quality of their product was good, and they were the only company who really worked with us for the custom color choices we wanted. Once we decided to go with EcoChoice, they indicated it would be 6-8 weeks until we would get our windows installed. Even with the custom colors for the windows, it was at the 6 week mark. They were able to install the windows in a day & a half, and even though there was one small error with the windows when they were delivered (we had ordered frosted windows for a basement washroom, and when the windows came, the washroom windows weren't frosted & another room not specified to be frosted was), they worked to rectify the problem the same day, and we had the frosted windows for the washroom window that day. The installers were professional and clean, and my husband and I were and still are extremely pleased with our windows.

We brought in many people to quote for the work. Eco-Choice had a great price, great rapport and and they explained the process well. We have a 100 year old house and they replaced all the windows in 1 day! it was fantastic! Would recommend them to anyone1

The installers arrived on time and did an excellent and efficient job on the installation. The door looks good and is performing as expected in this bitterly cold weather. My work desk is right beside it so I know!

I chose Eco-choice after getting four estimates. They were the least expensive of the estimates and the sales person was professional and helpful. The installation began and finished on the date and within the time promised. I had my back garden doors replaced later and chose Home Depot installation services because of the payment plan offered. The quality of the Eco-choice doors were far superior and I wished I had gone with them for the back doors. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and quality of the product.
