I found Eco-Choice online to do my garage door and another door in my home. They did a good job and we have had no problems with the product or service.

From initial sales to installation and clean-up, Eco-Choice did a fantastic job of providing options and information. Gabriel was always available for further questions or clarifications and was involved throughout the process which I greatly appreciated. The installation team was extremely knowledgeable and talented as well as courteous. The clean up and removal of the old windows was excelent. I was timid about choosing someone to replace my windows as my 80 year old house has irriplaceable woodwork; I am so glad I choose Eco-Choice and would use them again for further window and door projects.

Eco-Choice was our selection after careful consideration. Gabriel was a patient and understanding salesperson who worked with us through both of our projects. The material and installers were professional, curteous and quick. They started the job on time and finished within the estimated time. We are happy with the job months after and are using them to a second time. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a great job and NO SURPRISES.

Eco Choice windows and doors came recommended to us from a friend for their quality and service. We replaced most of the windows and a sliding patio door. Our sales rep Alan was very knowledgeable and was always available to answer any questions we had. The installation crew were very clean, professional and did an excellent job. I checked Homestars and Eco-Choice Windows were rated high and after my experience I can see why. The sales Rep Gabriel was very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. The windows are superior to all others I saw and the installation was done fast and on time. I would highly recommend Eco-Choice to all my friends and family.

I had a wonderful experience with EcoChoice. From the estimate received by Alan to the actual installation it was an amazing experience. Alan was knowledgeable and always available to answer my many questions. The quote was very reasonable in comparison to two other quotes received. The installation was done professionally and very clean. The installers were hard working, polite and accommodating. They cleaned up the areas as they completed the installation which minimized the dirt and dust. I would recommend this company as they were trustworthy, honest and reliable through the whole process. Lastly, the warranty provided is also one of the best I have seen. Thank you again for a wonderful experience.

I installed 3 large windows and one small one and the job was done to my satisfaction. The price was right and the installers were efficient and professional. Very easy to deal with and cleaned up after the job was done. I would highly recommend them for installing windows.

I would definitely recommend this company. Gabriel came to do a quote and walked around with me. He was an exceptional person to deal with in that he knew all about the technical requirements of my renovation. I need to have a door replaced with two windows, one fixed and one openable. In addition to this I needed to have another door and a window installed, replacing an existing door and window set. The workmanship for both these projects was really good - very efficient install - no delay. Alex came to install the windows and he knew what he was doing and took a great deal of pride in the results. I had asked that in both cases, the bottom of the door frame be raised above the yard by one foot (in case of water - these were back windows and doors). Alex did a beautiful job - using flashing to make a clear and secure looking exterior, framing the bottom of the door and the window and ensuring the everything matched perfectly. I had some workers come later to install insulation and drywall on the inside of the house to seal it up and they commented also that he had done a very good job. I am going to have another set of windows replaced later this year and I am definitely going to go with ECO CHOICE. They ensured that my renovation was very worry free. It was a more complicated renovation that simply replacing existing windows and they did the job with great results. Thank you Gabriel and Alex. JP

Don't go to any other company EXCEPT Eco Choice Windows and Doors. The customer service is fantastic. From the initial consultation to a followup phone, post installation from Gabriel made me confident that they care about their customers. On installation day Victor and his crew were on time, very polite and efficient and cleaned up afterwards--WOW!!! We ordered a patio door and three windows for an addition that was cold and dark. The room is now warm and bright and we can enjoy all the Fall colours from our large backyard! We also got a new screen door on the front of the house and it works very well too. The products from this company are exceptional and the cost is very reasonable. If we ever get more windows replaced it will definitely be with Eco Choice Windows and Doors!
