    Inspection and structural assessment of house

    Egbert from Diamond Home Inspection inspected the condition of the structural components supporting the floor and main wall in the dining room area of our 35-year old house. There is some uneveness in the floor and displacent in the wall. Egbert inspected the supporting structural system thoroughly and provided an assessment of the cause and corrective measures. A job well done.

    Amazing home inspection service

    Egbert is the best house inspector I've ever had. He has incredible attention to detail during the inspection and his report is so detailed, helpful and easy to understand. I would recommend Egbert to anyone. His report helped greatly in follow up negotiations and more importantly, I feel a lot more comfortable about the house I'm buying. Come with a joke though, he likes to hear and exchange jokes during the inspection.

    Home Inspection

    Egbert with Diamond Home Inspections is fantastic. He is thorough, professional, extremely knowledgeable about everything home related and more then happy to answer your questions - plus, he's not too good for a good old dad joke! Would recommend him to do our home inspection 100%!

    Home inspection

    He was a great knowledgeibl person, he did detail work one by o e and explained all the concerns and all the issue needed to be looked at. He spent about four hours starting from outside then inside upstairs, downstairs then the basement. He finally put the report together the same day very detailed with supporting pictures and references with governornment codes etc... I would definitely recommend any one who needs a house inspection to go through him. Thank you very much.

    Home inspection

    Edgar is very knowledgeable. He really made us feel very confident in making our first home purchase. He was also able to teach us a lot about how to maintain our home for the future. I would 100% recommend Edgar to anyone looking for a home inspector, and would use him again.

    A home inspection well done

    Great service and professional service. I would highly recommend Egbert to friends and family. Just like all other reviews online, I was provided with a very detailed and professional report. Egbert also took the time to explain every finding on the report. I have used quite a few home inspectors before and Diamond Home Inspection is bar none the best home inspection company I came across. I am confident that anyone used his home inspection service would agree the paramount quality of service they received.

    Home inspection

    He was super fun to interact with. Tons of experience and knowledge. Will be using this company again. This was my first home purchase and he gladly provided tons of helpful advice and insight.

    Home Inspection

    Diamond Home Inspection is excellent and especially fantastic if your a first time home buy like myself. Friendly, professional, and thorough. I would absolutely recommend this company. Egbert takes his time, and encourages you to inspect the home with him. He patiently and clearly answers all and any questions you may have. He takes photos and prepares a report detailing everything you go went over together in the home, and emails it to you. Very happy and relieved in my mind with my choice in a home inspector.
