    Shingles

    I was very impressed with the service I received from Reids Roofing. The workers finished the shingles in just over 1 day. The only reason it took longer than a day was due to weather. After looking around the house after the work was complete I noticed that one of the eavestroughs had a small amount of damage on it. I was unsure if it was actually like that before or not so I did not say anything. The supervisor came out for final inspection and told me that it was them that had damaged the eavestrough and that they would be replacing it. I really appreciated the honesty from Reids roofing.

    New Garage

    Two men sent to do a hip roof on the garage and found every excuse not to do any work. Shingles were sent out short to cover the roof then the shingles needed to finish were sent out and were the wrong colour. At the end there were ridges in the shingles and sloppy work around the roof vents. Hired others to complete the job to specs.

    Hi John Ursulak, Although we completed your roof a little over 2 years back in December 2014, we thoroughly remember this project. We understand that there was issues with the crew we provided and have since let them go shortly after as we can completely agree that excuses don't get the job done.With respect to the shortage of the material, during initial estimation of your project it was estimated incorrectly based on the pitch of the roof and take full responsibility however this is and was in your benefit as you were not charged for the difference in material. You also mention you hired an outsource to complete the work. We specifically remember and have documented having our service manager Pete out there to complete the project and a full inspection to ensure it was completed to spec. We are uncertain as to why an individual would desire to write a review on a project that was completed over 2 years ago. And wish that if you have/ had been this unsatisfied for this long you would have come to us sooner with these issues. None the less, we appreciate your business and the feedback. Feedback like this can only do one thing for our business and that is to help us grow!

    Wonderful family run company

    Loved loved loved working with this company. They were so flexible and patient with us as we weighed the pros and cons of all the roofing types available. They were very upfront and honest about costs and time...and their quote was on par with other companies...except that by choosing them you are supporting a local family owned company. Thank you Reid's Roofing for our beautiful upgrade.

    Roof and Eavestrough replacement

    Reid's Roofing did an excellent job on our home's roof and eavestroughs. Work crew was friendly and professional and left the worksite very clean. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a reroof.

    re-roofing

    Reid's Roofing had done two of my neighbors' roofs. In my case, they were prompt and friendly and answered my questions and did the job to my full satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone .

    roof

    First had an appointment with a roofer who never showed up. Then First roofer I contacted never showed up. Then I contacted Reid's Roofing. I would like to say what an excellent company this is. From Jake giving the quote until the finished job. The workers were clean, well organized and left everything totally cleaned up when they left. Roof looks great. Absolutely dependable company. EXCELLENT! Totally trust able. On time. Finished on time. Pleasant to talk to. Receptionist on phone really caring and helpful. What more can I say. 10 out of 10.

    Home reroof

    Did a complete shingle re-roof of home attached garage and shed also added a downspout and repaired some soffits and flashing which was nice as other companies quoting the job did not have the ability/desire to do this. Drawbacks, crew who did the work were subcontractors which is not the end of the world and a common practice I am told. Took them a while to come back and finish the outstanding items after the work was done. Although the shingle crew cleaned up pretty well the person doing the flashing left his cut offs and other garbage on the roof, which would of been a hazard had i not gone up to look at the job and notice it.

We typically are out there shortly after completion to complete final inspection and catch, if any debris left behind.     Roof

    Reid's did an amazing job - from the video they sent me outlining the condition of the roof to completing the job (a rush) before winter came. Reliable, professional, could not ask for a better company!

    Eaves troughs

    I would definitely recommend Reid's Roofing to family and friends. They did a great job on our eaves troughs, very thorough great job on clean-up. Very happy with the work we had done, would use them again in the future. :-)

    Re-Roof

    Jake was great to deal with. I had first contacted Reid's Roofing about getting my house re-roofed but had to delay it. In the meantime I was looking at getting my mother's roof re-roofed with some friends but realized what great service Jake had presented and felt comfortable getting them to do the job instead of doing it wrong myself or somebody getting hurt! I will be using Reid's roofing when I get my settlement finished for my roof.
