    porch restoration

Paul, along with John Groves from BBG Carpentry, completed a a complete 2-story porch rebuild for me and my clients. It was a very large job, frought with many challenges, all of which were met with ease. They were incredibly professional and skilled and I would not hesitate to recommend eaither of them. Renovations can be extremely difficult and this experience was a pleasure.

    Crown Moulding

Paul was very responsive from the first email my husband sent requesting a quote for installing crown moulding in our dining room. We were able to book a date within a week of first contacting him and he was punctual on the actual date. We are very satisfied with the crown moulding in our dining room and would not hesitate to use Crowning Touch Trim again or recommend Paul to others for similar work.

    Woodwork in my home.

I have been renovating my older home for what seems like an eternity.. I am a Master Painter, 30 years experience both here and over seas, and as a result I know a thing or two about craftsmanship. Paul has worked at my home on many occasions, and for customers of mine over the years. I have worked with many carpenters and in all honestly none compare to Paul Ward. His practice and aptitude within his craft are fascinating, and his skill set is endless. If your considering Crowning Touch for your project it would be money extremely well spent.

We had crown moulding, and 2 unique/modern large feature walls of boxed panelling. Our home has been transformed, adding more character and wow factor. We were so impressed with the attention to detail, final finishes, and Paul's professionalism. We would recommend this company to anyone!

    Crown Moulding and Picture Framing

Researched various companies to install crown molding and picture framing in various rooms through out our house. Called Paul and he was able to come out and provide a quote within a few days. After meeting with him and discussing our options and then the price there was no need to continue looking for anyone else. We were originally scheduled for the middle of October but another job he had hit a scheduling problem so he was able to come out Sept. 19. In total he did crown molding in out kitchen, main floor hallway, master bedroom, picture framing in our dining room and a chair rail and picture framing in our soon to be kids room. The molding alone was around 185' and he was able to complete everything in one day. As a tradesmen myself it is sadly becoming rare to see those who truly care about their work and who are very skilled at what they do. Paul is the exception, should you need any trim work done around your house do not hesitate to give him a call.

    Crown Molding Installation

In my 40 plus years of home ownership, there have been only a few companies that i would feel comfortable recommending to a friend - Crownig Touch is one of those companies. Paul gave us a fair price, showed up on time, did a high quality job and did not leave a mess.

    Answer from pro:

I try my best to high quaility work always, your preporation and friendliness made it a pleasure to work for you both. Hope to see you again for the rooms in the future. Paul

    Baseboards, Shoe Molding

The starting situation: Last year I had flooring installed in my tiny bungalow and the installers did a terrible job. They left the baseboards and trim unfinished and though I tried to do it myself in a pinch, it looked awful. I was tired of looking at the half-finished trim and decided to get the work done properly. I did a search on Homestars and made some calls. After speaking with a few carpenters, I found Paul at Crowning Touch Trim. Paul came by to evaluate the work to be done and gave me some great ideas about things to improve the look of the kitchen, front foyer and bathroom. As promised, Paul called to confirm the day before starting the work, and then arrived on time the next day. He worked over the next few days to add trim to my kitchen, foyer and bathroom, working around me and my curious pets. The end result: Paul did more than complete the work - he made me feel good again about coming home. He did a masterful job of replacing all the trim and did a few other little things, like adding the door hardware onto a pocket door in the bathroom. But the best thing he did was restore my enjoyment of my home - he made the interior look finished and clean again. His excellent work, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor are qualities that recommend him to anyone looking for finish carpentry. I look forward to working with Crowning Touch Trim again in the future.

Happy to make you feel good about your house, old reno-ed houses can be a challenge but with some imagination and patience there is always a practical solution and I think it added some nice detail. Paul
