In short, less than 3 year old amana washer, whirpool sent technician out, paid 90.00 for a (mis)diagnosis of control board and push button, yet all control lights working. Machine was only cycling on heavy duty, not light or normal. Atiar at Hightech said 'save your money', the issue is very simple. "You don't need a control board or push button" - He simply put control board back in place and suggested that we lightly push button for cycles. SHAME ON WHIRLPOOL's TECHNICIAN WHO MISDIAGNOSED PROBLEM - didn't even suggest that control panel behind machine maybe out of place. Atiar, you are a true gentleman - you saved my family $320.00 for an overpriced control board and push button - returned to parts distributor. Your skill, aptitude, hard work and kindness are acknowledged, I highly recommend you to anyone with appliance problems. THANK YOU SIR!

Gave accommodating window to come to our house to repair our gas oven and then phoned to verify time of arrival which was much appreciated. Identified problem, repaired part, and offered welcome advice for future care. Much appreciated and now we can host Thanksgiving for our extended family after all. We have called on his services 3 times and as always provides outstanding service and timeliness in his visit. Our most recent service call was to investigate the cause of our freezer leaking. Within a couple of minutes he identified the issue and reassured us. He refused to take payment despite driving considerable distance to inspect the appliance. He is honest and reliable and would recommend his services to anyone. Our previous 2 repairs have been working smooth without any issue more than 2 years later. Simply the best!
