    stove/oven installation/repair

    Fantastic service! On time, friendly, professional, and had all the equipment required despite the size of line in my house being smaller than normal. Highly recommend using them for any gas repair/installation needs!

    Oven Repair

    I've called upon Hightech Appliance Service twice now. Last year to repair my washing machine and just this week to repair my oven. Last year Amar came out for my washer and this week Atiar was out out - both of them are clean, efficient, friendly, and when they're done things always work. I'd highly recommend them.

    Washing Machine repair

    My brand new Kenmore (just over one year old) started to make clanking noises. I called a couple of companies and they said it wasn't even worth coming round as it sounded like I needed a new drum and I should just get a new machine or call the big box store where I bought it. I called the store and their repair person came round and charged me $100 just to say that effectively, the drum was broken and that new parts and labour would be over $2,000! More than a new machine! The guy didn't even open the back. He just opened the door and wiggled the drum about. Luckily, my husband told me to get one last opinion. I called Atiar and he came that day. He opened the back and showed me it was the band, and a couple of screws that had come loose so the drum was loose. He fixed it all quickly, and for $260! He was the most honest and reliable appliance guy I have ever met. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

    Washer Repair

    I called to get my washer repaired and the next day, High Tech Appliance came to see what was needed to fix it. It required a part that he didn't have readily available, but called his supplier and put them on speaker phone, so I could hear how much it was going to cost. He came back the next day and installed the part, and showed me how the old part failed. Excellent service and would highly recommend them.

    Appliance repai

    My stove and broiler finally failed and Christmas is coming. I called High Tech Appliance and within hours Mr Rahman arrived. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in a very clean and efficient manner on the spot. The price was reasonable and the same day service was extraordinary. He also gave me good advice on a new extractor fan - which he can also install. I have nothing but high praise for this service.

    Professional Repair with Excellent Service

    Hightech service repairman arrived very quickly, actually the same day I phoned. He checked out the stove and said it needed a part which he would order and could take up to 2 weeks. When the part arrived he was very helpful in making suggestions about how to maintain the part. He was also very through in checking a dryer that was not giving enough heat. His prices are fair and he is very knowledgeable and I will be a loyal customer from now on.

    Fridge Repair

    I called High Tech Appliance Service in regards to a broken fridge. An appointment was booked for the same day. I was informed over the phone at that time as to what I could expect to pay for an assessment and for any work that may need to be done. All very reasonable! Atiar came by the house later that day - friendly, professional, and upfront & honest about the work that needed to be done and how much it would cost. He invited me to follow his progress while working so that I understood what he was doing to repair the fridge. When he was done, he left the kitchen very clean and even offered to help me unpack the cooler in which we had place the contents of the freezer. Needless to say I am very pleased with the quality of service and the reasonable price for repair. I will most definitely use this company again in the future.

    Speedy, knowledgable and honest service

    This is the second time that we have worked with Atiar. The first time, we had issues with our freezer. A year later, we had an issue our washing machine leaking. Both times he was able to come same day, quickly diagnose the issues and completed the work on the spot in a timely manner. Prior to doing any work, he let us know the potential cost of the different solutions so that we could make an informed decision. We would definitely use his services again if the need arises and would highly recommend him to others. The cost listed above included the cost of a needed part($120) which he had in his truck.

    EMERGENCY: Repair to a top load GE washer.

    All we heard from our washer was THUMP,THUMP,THUMP Squeeeeel. We knew we need help like now....Monday morning I called Hightech Appliance Service within 3 min. told Atiar our problem and he said I will be over ...He arrived and got right to work, all in 45 min. the washer was back in service. SUPER EXCELLENT work attitude, we fine the same with all HOMESTAR companies like Hightech Appliance Service. Atiar is there for you and he responds.
