    Fridge repair

    Service was excellent and the price was very reasonable. Atiar had the part needed and was able to fix the same day. Very happy, thank you. I will use this service again definitely.

    Electric Stove repair

    Mr Atiar responced to my call very fast and booked an appointment in a day to find my stove problem, he was on promise to find a part and fix the problem as quickly as possible, he is fair on service fee and responsible to his client. i recommend him for service to my friends.

    washer repair

    2nd time Atiar visited me and did a fantastic job - timing is perfect and everything back to normal - all around expertise and courteous - need i say more ? :)

    Dryer lint cleaning

    Atiar at High Tech Appliance Service was very quick to respond to our call to check our Dryer. We had a smell of burning that obviously concerned us as well as the dryer taking forever to dry a load. Atiar took the dryer apart and discovered lint had been backed up and blown into the dryer itself. Atiar provided a clear and fair quote and we proceeded. He completely vacuumed the entire dryer and recommended we have the venting inspected and cleaned out (which we did and discovered a completely faulty vent system which needed replacing). Our dryer is working like new now! Thanks, Steve and Kirtsen

    Fixed dryer that was not heating.

    High Tech answered the phone and was willing to come to my home to fix my dryer that day. High Tech arrived at the agreed upon time and immediately informed me of two possible causes. The rep took my dryer apart, diagnosed the problem and replaced the part within 20-30 minutes for a fair price. The representative was courteous and provided extra advice throughout the call. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company. It is very hard to find this level of service.

    Dryer repair

    Our stacked washer and dryer had a major issue regarding just the dryer. Came very fast, had to order parts and got my dryer fixed again very soon. He was very friendly and worked fast.

    Replacement of the evaporator fan motor on fridge/freezer.

    I just had the repairs done. Everything seems to work great. I got a 6 months warranty though which is great, so if anything goes wrong I was guaranteed repairs free of charge.

    Washing Machine Repair

    Great service, called the morning of and they came in the afternoon. Explained the problem and the costs before working on the issue. Great Transparency, would definitely use their services again!

    Fridge water dispenser/ ice maker repair following valve failure and water damage

    Easy to contact and always quick to respond. The repair was scheduled quickly following a short lead time for part order and arrival (new water control valve). Atiar was on time each appointment. Everything is working smoothly, as is always the concern when dealing with water in an apartment setting.

    Washing machine repair

    I originally tried to call the manufacturer for service. They scheduled a call for 4 days later in the morning (between 8am and noon), which is the only time I was available. The day before the service call, they called and left a voicemail that they could not come in the morning, but would come in the afternoon. Well, I wasn't available then! When I called back to reschedule, they told me I'd have to wait another week! Ridiculous! So I cancelled, checked out Homestars, and gave High Tech Appliance a call. I asked the man I spoke with (it turned out to be the owner, Atiar) if he could come the next morning. Turns out he wasn't available, but could come the same evening! Even better! He gave me a call when he was about 15 minutes away and arrived pretty much on time. Even though I told him he could leave his shoes on, he took them off. He immediately identified the problem with the washer (a faulty door switch, apparently a very common problem) and replaced it on-the-spot in less than 15 minutes. We chatted for a bit and then he was on his way. I'd be happy to have Atiar service my other appliances. I hope he maintains his positive, friendly, respectful and service-oriented attitude... if so, I will continue to recommend him.
