    Repair of Washing Machine

    Our washing machine needed service as it started emitting a burning smell and making loud noises. Atiar was great to accommodate us as quickly as possible. The service was exceptional! He is very kind and honest and I would call this company again for service/maintenance for any of our appliances in a heartbeat.

    Atiar's experience and honesty made the difference

    I found High Tech Appliance Service here on Homestars. We had a two year old washer and drier that needed the hand of an expert. We reached out to Atiar for help, and after a short conversation over the phone he came to our home to assist with the repair of both machines. He explained to us the issues, gave us a reasonable quote on the spot that included the parts needed for the repair. It has benn now two months since the repair and So far, both machines are back to normal, working like new again. Thanks to Atiar, High Tech Appliance Service and HOMESTARS we are now wearing clean clothes again :D !

    dryer repair

    Our dryer wasn't heating up. I read High Techs reviews and many people had similar issues with their dryers and were happy with High Techs service so I contacted them. Very happy I did! They showed up on time, were very nice and professional, and fixed the problem quickly. I definitely recommend them and will contact them next time I need an appliance serviced.

    fixing a maytag washing machine that would not drain or spin

    I called High Tech appliance about my non draining Maytag machine. Came out the next day as promised and called before coming giving me time to get home, as promised. Came back with the part one day earlier and again came at the time promised and called before arriving. This is how all service calls should be!

    gas stove burner, and oven door

    Atiar promptly returns calls, comes as soon as he can, is very pleasant and informative and great at his work, and mindful of costs. I have recommended him to many friends with great feedback. I highly recommend him!

    drain pump replacement for Samsung washer

    Atiar runs a great business! He's very friendly and honest. I let him know what model of washer I had when I called, so he came with the drain pump and had pre-ordered the control board as well. (those were the 2 common parts that fail with my machine). I called him Monday, he gave me a 10-12 timeslot Wednesday and showed up right at 10. He was informative, had my washer up and running within an hour. While he was there I asked him about an issue with my mother in law's fridge. He gave me some suggestions as to what I could try first before calling him. An honest individual who knows his stuff. I'd recommend High Tech Appliance to anyone.

    Fridge Repair

    Our 5 year old fridge was not keeping things cold enough, and the freezer was working overtime. Atiar came within an hour of my call, and repaired the fridge for a reasonable price. He also guaranteed the work. He was knowledgeable and courteous and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks, Atiar!

    Washing Machine

    We had a washing machine breakdown and I discovered Hightech Appliance thru Homestars. Like many others, I found Atiar responsive and he isolated the problem quickly. He had to order a part, but always set our expectation with regards to delivery dates and always called ahead. I would recommend Hightech heartily.

    Dryer repair

    Dryer problem was diagnosed, literally, within SECONDS. And ready for repair same day. Job was done efficiently, and with great friendliness. Very pleasant and professional experience. You're not wasting your time with these folks.

    Dryer repair

    No heat in dryer. Atiar came and fixed it. He was punctual, very pleasant and knowledgeable. We will certainly call him again for any appliance repair in the future. Highly recommended. VC
