    Dryer repair

    I called for an appointment, and to my surprize I received service on a long weekend. They asked questions in advance, and consequently were able to come with all the necessary parts for the dryer to be fixed the same day.

    dryer coil repair

    Prompt and great service. Had the dryer fixed a few weeks ago and it is working perfectly now. Very helpful in explaining the problem and fixing it quickly. I am about to call again for a different issue.

    appliance repair

    Atiar was quick and did a great job. I've used him many times and he is always courteous and reliable. He was available the same day I called and came within the 2 hour window he gave me. I recommend him very highly to all my friends. Thanks!

    Whirlpool Oven

    This company is wonderful! Quick appointment. Solved the problem with our stove. Very reasonably priced. Replaced our oven sensor. Fixed two of our appliances last year. Our Bosch dishwasher and the controller board on the same Whirlpool oven.

    Washing machine repair

    I called Hightech Appliance when my washing machine wouldn't drain. The service was great - they answered my call and booked an apt right away for that same day. He arrived on time, and quickly resolved the issue. Couldn't ask for more!

    Dryer Repair

    The service I received from Atiar was outstanding. He came the same day. He was very knowledgeable and professional. And he fixed my dryer. I would highly recommend High Tech!

    Dishwasher Repair

    Incredible service! They sent someone to assess the issue the day after I called. After a lot of hard work on their end and two visits we came to the conclusion that I would be better off replacing the dishwasher because the fix would be complicated and the parts would be expensive. So I ordered a new dishwasher and they installed it and put the service fees from the previous visits towards the installation! The best customer service and expertise I have experienced. I'm a very satisfied customer. Thank you!

    Appliance repair

    Been trying to get a preferred GE monogram tech out for over 48 hours. Gave up and browsed home stars. Not only did they listen to my issue but helped to fix problem from phone at no cost. Wow. Would not hesitate to call if needed in future!

    Washer/Dryer

    A couple of months ago our washing machine stopped working on a Saturday afternoon. With 2 babies it's not the best situation. Looked up my warranty and it was done. Looked online for options and thought I'd give Atiar a call as he had alot of good reviews. He scheduled a visit that night to come take a look. Tried to fix it, but couldn't get it working and came back Monday with a new part, but didn't work. Came back Thursday with another part and didn't work. In the end he only wanted to charge the initial fee for all the time he spent (maybe 6 hours?). I'm pretty sure the parts he put in were over $200 in total, but he felt bad he couldn't fix it and didn't want to charge me. I appreciated that and his honesty. This past Friday night out dryer stopped working. Called Atiar Saturday morning and he was very accommodating and scheduled a visit that night. In 30 minutes he had our dryer up and running. Don't hesitate to give this guy a call. Very professional, friendly and most of all - HONEST! As others have said that's a combination you don't always see these days. Thanks again High Tech and hopefully we don't have to call you anytime soon ;)

    Dishwasher repair

    Atiar was friendly, quick and knowledgeable, all qualities that are very hard to find in people nowadays. I had some issues with our dishwasher, Atiar came to asses the problem, told me what was needed to repair it and after i agreed to the price he got to work. It took almost no time and i was washing dishes again!. Reasonable and professional. Thank you for helping us
